I don't believe it's warez because if you didn't payed it won't work. The game checks the license before starting

But he's providing a apk from an app (in the case, a game) that is paid. Therefore, warez.

How about you get them legitimately and pay for them if they cost money. Talking about pirating apps and posting or offering links to steal apps is not allowed on xda forums.
