As far as I know, there is no way to enable USB tethering automatically after plugging in the device. This is the next best thing. When you connect your Android device to your computer, the tethering menu will open automatically.
There are two versions of this app. The regular version works on all devices that support UMS. The compatibility version works on all devices, including those that do not support UMS.

Why doesn't stand more than "00" at "IMEI-SV"?
And why don't i have a Mac address for Wifi and bluetooth? There is written "nicht verfügbar" = "not available".
It's correct. The same as on froyo.

On Linux, BSD, OSX (and hence ofc also Android) you can set the MAC-address via software configuration of the interfaces
Therefor normal.

USB Debugging Must be turned ON.
I know there are a few APK installers floating around, but ones I have seen are all Batch apart from ones in ToolKits.
So I made this instead of opening up a full toolkit every time just a quick tool. Maybe Some may prefer.

With a network switch, as a home router?
I've tried usb speaker, portable HDD (no need xtra power) etc. never tested LAN port. may be if it does, its need 3rd apps to work. (not sure).

With Mule on Android you can download files from ED2K(eDonkey) networks directly to your device. It is native Android application inspired by eMule for Windows. Supported searching files on servers and KAD, saving to SD card, ports forwarding. It is not remote control of desktop application!
