Hello everybody,
I have a mistake with the new Google's app : Keep.
In fact, with the widget.
the app works fine, it's syncronised but the widget not
I have to restart sense to actualise the widget.
is that happened to someone else?
I'm on ViperS 1.6.3 Pro (love it!), Sensation XE, Faux123 Kernel by Yank555.

NoClutterSense. Sense - without the clutter!
This ROM removes nearly every HTC stock app and replaces them with their AOSP counterparts. It also removes every HTC widget except the clocks, as I understand and think these are the best part of Sense. I have also not removed the Sense lockscreen, as the general feedback on that has been overall good.
This ROM is quite literally blazing fast.
There are more than 100 apps removed altogether, so I'm not listing them here. But I will list what has been replaced.

Download! There are some bugs, listed here:
Messaging app crashes on startup, but does send message. Download GO SMS to work around this for now.
The Setup Wizard does not work correctly. It defaults to UK English, but of course you can change that in Language and Settings, which does work.
You cannot get into Wireless and Networks, but both mobile data and WiFi do work correctly. Download WiFi Manager from the Market and connect to WiFi.
I have not removed HTC Dialer, but the AOSP phone application is there and if you press Phone shortcut in the dock, select Phone AOSP and select it by default.
Calendar application does not work. Right now, I have no idea why.
Viewing Application settings in Manage Applications crashes the Settings app. I currently have no fix/work around for this.

Can't wait for this...I like the idea of sense without the widgets...but would it be possible for us to add any of the stock apps back...I like the sense calendar better than the stock one.
Ugh. Dont made a thread about a rom until it's release. I'm annoyed.
Yes this is nice, i dont like the sense, but why you keep the sense launcher? What a point the rom without sense if you keep sense launcher?

this rom is still being finished. There are some bugs, listed here:
the messaging app crashes when sending a message, but the message still sends
when removing htc's phone app, the phone app force closes incessently
the wireless and networks page in the settings does not work; it force closes the settings app
selecting an application to view its info in manage applications page crashes the settings app
if anyone knows any solutions for any of these bugs, please notify me asap so i can fix them; either pm me or post in this thread.

About removing the Sense launcher; then it would be nearly AOSP. I wanted to create a ROM where it was AOSP and Sense, but Sense was complete barebones.
I'm going to add options to reinstall the Sense apk's as well

As this ROM is based on mike1986's Android Revolution HD (for now) I have asked permission to use the ROM. However, the kernel is stock (also, for now).
Had a slight scare there, for some reason framework-res.apk wouldn't zipalign turns it out it was corrupted. Dunno how that happened. All fixed now though
Trying to get the ROM to boot with the stock kernel. For some reason it hangs on the splashscreen.
S'all good - ROM is booting with stock kernel Some way down the line (read: end of August) I'll be replacing this stock kernel with a proper, custom kernel, with overclock, underclock etc. But I'm still learning this, so please, bear with me

This rom sounds quite promising, I'm gonna give it a try when its released. Will there be an option to remove Sense altogether? Please say yes :3

I'm trying, I'm trying. Mike's said he'd rather I didn't use his ROM as base - and I can see why he says that - but he's helping me create my own ROM.
Meanwhile, I may release a version based on Mike's ROM (temporarily) so I can get the ROM fixed up and ready for official release on my own base.

I just switch to 3.6.1, but I have a problem with the twitter widget HTC, when I use it, I can't go into the account setting and synchronization.
And I feel that it drains the battery.
Is what I shouldn't use this widget ?

Hey guys, I seem to be having a problem with the HTC widgets. I am on Leedroids rom, I flashed the tweak script, installed Rosie scroller and deleted these apps by using the same script: HTC stocks, HTC watch(ppv service), and all aosp apps and My HTC. Recently, I have tried to add HTC widgets to my screen and cannot find them in the widgets list with filter set to all. Was wondering what I should do to fix this, could it be the apps the I uninstalled in the tweaks script? I still have my HTC clock on the homescreen that I added a long time ago. Thanks.
Edit: tomorrow I'm going to try to fix it by reflashing boot.IMG and rehashing the Rom. Surry It's late and I wasn't thinking
EDIT: Solved by flashing boot.img and reflashing the ROM.

Hey everyone. I've been working on this ROM for months. I'm not a big fan of Sense 3.6. A lot has changed since 3.0. Some features I'm extremely pleased with but not so much with others. So I came up with a ROM called Sense Mix. It's based on RUU 3.33.401.53.

All apps attainable from the Market except for Facebook (used by Friendstream), Maps, Street, Soundhound and YouTube (used by me)
Other apps I find useless (STK, HTC Facebookchat, possibly others I cannot recall)
Old Google Search and Voice (replaced with GNow)

Lockscreen shortcuts (cannot be set because Rosie is removed)

The ROM itself is T-Mobile USA optimized. If you are a T-Mobile user, you can flash Wi-Fi Calling. If you are are a Sensation XE or Sensation Z710e user, you can flash a patch to change the device name.
Sense 4.0 theme: I took SadeSkin 2.0 and fixed many errors I found with the images. I have also made the lock screen's navigation bar invisible. If you select a different skin, it will reappear.
SuperSU - I have not included SuperSU because it is in the Market AND because root apps are automatically granted acces (I don't know how I did that). There is a 'su' binary in the ROM so if you want control over what apps are granted root, download ONLY the SuperSU app. The binary is built into the ROM.
I've been working on this ROM for months. I know exactly how I want it to be but nevertheless, suggestions are welcome
Adobe Flash Player must be updated but it is not displayed in the Market. Bypass the issue by clicking here from your phone.
MOST IMORTANTLY: I am a chef, not a developer. There are system apps I want to modify since some system options are no longer relevant; for example,the Personlize app no longer needs 'Lock screen shortcuts', 'Scene', 'Add to home'. If anyone can modify the apps to how I want them, please PM me. It'll make this ROM more complete.

One suggestion, use aroma to provide users ability to choose app they want to remove, it is much better than u delete it by yourself

Nice ROM, but i dont really think xLoud is working, because there's no difference on its loudness compared to xLoudless ROMs.
xLoud effect is clearly visible on viperS rom.
