Hello everyone. My English is very bad, so therefore I will use my friend google translate: D
I have a Sony Xperia GO
When I bought it worked on 2.3.7. version, and I immediately put it on the 4.0.4 version via PC Companion.
On the phone the battery very quickly emptied. I found version 2.3.7.
So he returned to over and over again flashtools quickly went batteries.
ROOT I tried but it did not work. I put back 4.0.4. and I put in ROOT. The battery is still going, I will put pictures, you will see that the Sony Xperia Miro (very long lasting battery).
I would ask you if you can explain to me how to put the custom kernel, ROM and what else is important to me the phone worked perfectly and had its battery longevity.
The forum can not manage to find you all and I do not know who to pick up, so please if you could somehow make everything important that you fix your phone.
Thank you all in advance.
if you've used your friend google translate why dont you use our other friend.....GOOGLE SEARCH.......
I believe you can find what you needed for in this link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2267712

Hello, Tipo users,
I am having a big problem with my Xperia Tipo lately. Software: 11.0.A.4.22.
I have moved my phone number frome one operator to another. The new operator has some arrangements with other carriers, so that its users can log into two other networks beside the main one. While being in the first network, there were no problems with searching for networks, it was being completed within 20 - 40 seconds after search start.
Now, on the new SIM card, Tipo searches for few minutes, and if it completes the search (after e.g. ten minutes or so) it shows only one network available (the one it's connected to). What's interesting, is that on the completely different SIM card (with another number), but coming from the same carrier, that the problematic SIM, the search is carried out normally, completes fast and finds all network that should be available in the place. What's even more interesting, Tipo sometimes performs the scan normally - usually in places located far away from city center.
Initially, I thought it's the SIM card fault. However, we checked it together with a consultant and it worked normally on his phone. My phone, when searching with his card inside, behaved in the same way.
Then, I was advised to restore factory settings. I decided to get the root again after restoring settings, so I had to downgrade using flashtool to 11.0.A.0.16, rooted the device and upgraded to 11.0.A.4.22. After that, everything seemed to work in a good way. Now, I am back in the city center and it works as I described above, searching for very long time.
What do you think - what I should do, to solve that problem? Would flashing to CM10 be a good idea?
What about using v27 on tipo? And just leave it in unrooted, to see if the problem is still there. You can get v27 using ftf or pc companion repair menu.

Well, I can do that, but SUS (I used that to upgrade from v16 to v22) says, that it is the newest version for my Tipo.
About ftf - yes, flashing that with Flashtool would be a possibility, but I don't know where can I find Polish ftf for v27?
Polish v27? Thats harder to find. Maybe flashing another v22, its not easy to find baseband files.

Found Indian one, which contains Polish, there are also available other firmwares, branded by networks on one of polish forums.
But I started wondering if it would really happen. I am in another city - where network search works great. In a few seconds there are plenty to choose from. It seems to be not working only in some areas, which is very strange for me.
Hey, New to this here and in need of help with my Xperia S Lt26.
I bought it off eBay earlier this year not realising it was rooted, once I got the phone I performed a factory reset and removed apps like moxier and superSU (which I now think was a mistake).
Anyway with the new update out my android system says computer required and when I connect to Sony update on computer it says I can't do it, I have also tried to update via WiFi with no luck as my girlfriend was able to do her update this way.
How can I get my phone back to its stock factory settings and avoid this happening again?
I want my phone back to how it should be, like it was never rooted, then I can update it the correct way.
I have never rooted or flashed a phone before, so step by step would be great, thanks
just want to add I tried to reinstall superSU and do the remove root on my phone but once I opened the app it came up that no binary was found
somebody surely must have an answer
Hello fellas,
My girlfriend have a Xperia E Dual on stock JB and everything is slow, laggy and freeze sometimes. I tried disabling some apps, removing them from RAM, managing start up applications and nothing seems to be very effective.
I have a Galaxy Tab 2 and also had some lag on stock ROM and thanks to the xda community which offers plenty of ROM's for this device, I'm running a perfectly stable version of CM of Android 4.2.2 and have no lags since. Then, I came to the Xperia E forums to find a ROM to give a better performance to the phone. But for my surprise there's not an official version of CM and neither much stable options for this phone, and also I'm kinda lost in this forums due to amount of phones in the same sub forum.
My first question is, which is the most stable and will give me a better performance for the Xperia E Dual?
How is the easiest and complete method for installing? In my tablet I had to root it, install CWM from Play Store, put the .zips in the SD card and flash through CWM. But I have seen that for this phone the process is quite harder, something related with Fastboot and some cmd commands
Can someone provide me some links and fool-proof information to flash a new ROM?
Thanks in advance and greetings from Brazil!
First, Consider Rooting your phone through here http://unlockroot.com
After that unlock your bootloader here http://unlockbootloader.sonymobile.com
When doing the rooting I'm sure you already know that Enabling USB debugging and Unknown Sources is a must
Then install CWM and install CM, And of course CM 10 is unofficial build but still works fine and there is a slight error about the Signal carrier labeling "Unknown"
Please hit thanks if i helped
Hi, just after a bit of help.
device - D2203 - bootloader locked (not unlockable) 18.5.C.0.19 - completely stock
needed to root to use phone - storage really bad - used jellybean rom trick method to root, then blindly started deleting thing i thought i could (using titanium backup)
think i went a bit far as every time phone turned on asks for country location (or language - bit non specific, just country list) and have to 'agree' to important information screen. phone still works tho
have tried using flashtool to rebuild stock ftf and flash, also sony pc companion to repair, but still makes no difference.
i could live with this but need to root and now worried i can't do this as rom trick needs to boot phone with no screen
if anyone can advise would really appreciate it, bit lost!
have screenshots of these 2 pages but not sure how to attach.
thanks
SOLVED - bug in sony os, worked fine once factory reset done with sim card in place - thanks to VINAY for advice
I have been given a brand new z3 from a friend who found one in a drawer at work. Build 23.0.A.2.93. Kernel Version 3.4.0
I've not had an android device since about 2012 so am out of the loop. Been reading up on here a bit to see what I should do and am looking for a little advice to help speed up the process.
Should i update the phone to the latest stock everything prior to rooting or should I go with an earlier version?
I'd like to run nougat on it. Looks like lineage is the most regularly updated version so I will most likely go with that. What is the best kernel to use though? I like to mess about with voltage and clock speeds etc.
and links to appropriate threads would be appreciated. My friend has made me nervous about bricking the phone as he seemed to indicate that sony phones are harder to root than most
Any help would be appreciated
- Ok. im running lienageos 15.0 right now like 3 days. kernel is jsut stock i guess , no overclocking etc, 2.5 ghz, smooth , snappy perfomance and no bugs, but battery drain just a bit, but its normal. s

-Root ur phone by unlocking ur bootloader with flashtool , and flash recovery with flashtool too, and download the rom that u want, but first u need to update ur phone to the latest release , use Xperia
Companion , and click Software Update, just follow the instruction or u can update directly from ur phone settings.
Flashtool : http://www.flashtool.net/downloads_windows.php (don't forget to replace the x10flasher.jar)
TWRP : https://forum.xda-developers.com/z3/general/recovery-root-mm-575-291-lb-t3435214 (i follow that tutorial and it worked for me)
i know its already late , but maybe other people can find this useful. just wanted to help
last real good kernel is the ones from shadowelite for MM(6.0) its a full advanced kernel and u can cotroll the OC and voltage along with other awesome features. bad that after that no more costume kernels appeared, only stock ones in LOS with only basic features. but Android O gets much love at the moment.
