I couldn't figure out the Market Enabler thing. I would just love the APK see what the fuss is all about.
Requires ICS, I'll have to try this on my Touchpad. But I thought the Android default browser was already heavily based on Chrome/WebKit. Maybe this is a full port since it appears to be sporting the desktop UI.

ok guys, here we go again this time its the Android 4.2 keyboard w/ gesture typing (pulled from Nexus 4, so YES its official)!
Prerequisites: Must be running 4.0+
Installation instructions for non-AOSP roms w/ overlay ie Samsung TouchWiz, HTC Sense, Sony (reported to be a working method w/AOSP roms ie CM 9/10, AOKP)
1. download the apk and place it on your sd card
2. use your favorite file explorer and tap the apk (make sure you have "install from unknown sources" enabled in your phone settings)
3. go into your phone's keyboard settings and enable "Android keyboard"
4. enjoy!

How did you guys get gesture typing to work? I'm on CM10 20121029 and see the keyboard (and can select it) but gesture typing doesn't work. I tried installing the APK and (after uninstall) tried the zip with CWM. No worky for me!!

buddy, just tried installing in Cm10.1 of Digital clock but while pushing it in /system.
Keyboard can be pushed also. BTW, lots of is to b added. I think soon we will have compatible with Cm10.1.
Were all the apps modified to work on older roms? A normal install won't work as they're all for 4.2.2 (and TW).

Hi OP is there a way to install back the debloated software ( SkyFire, LG File manager, Q Voice, Translator, Tasks, World Clock, Twitter etc..) ? Also how did you get Theme enabled AT&T base doesn't have it right ? Is the base international ?

I apologize guys, I have the VZW version and it has a section for themes. Looks like TMobile and ATT lost this feature.

This is a stock ATT ROM (JDQ39B) that has been rooted. Any other mods outside of that are listed in the original post.

I simply deleted boot.img and flashed it. I haven't tried it on this ROM so I cant be 100% sure.

Just thought I would share my ebook app files from the original tab 10.1 that they stopped developing but which gave the best eboom experience on android IMHO. To install you unzip this (doesn't work as a flashable zip). Then you need to remove the myfiles apk from system app (called sec-tablet.my files) and replace it with the one from this zip. Then install ebook.apk as a normal app. Reboot your tab and enjoy!

I'm looking for the stock Ebook reader, version 3, for some time now. My tablet is on Android 4.1. So far I found two versions, one ebook,apk worked well but it's version 1.xx. The other one is version 3.xxx, it opens my books but does not show any "ç " or "Ç" (along with other missing accents).
I searched this thread but since it's old, the links are already broken....
Do you still have the tw flasheable version of this app? The app you have is at some 3.xxx versions?

Very thank you for your reply! Turns out I found a way to fix the newer version's app. I decompiled it and saw that it was using system font, droidserif.ttf. Turns out that this font in my tablet is zero size, more like a placeholder, i don't know...
Since I didn't wan't to mess with these, I opened the .smalli on the apk which called this font (smali\com\samsung\ebook\reader\settings\font.smali) and changed it to Helvetica.ttf. Recompilled it with apktool and gave it a try. Don't have the correct MyFiles,apk so I have to import books by clicking on them from any explorer. Apart from that, it's all working very fine! =)
