News , topics , customizations , tweaks , methods of doing evrrything ! it pisses me of when somebody states he/she wants to stay stock and then replied "so why you're here on xda"..My whole experience with my phone is so much changed as I'm learning everyday on xda and I'm always at stock (or on stock leaks) ...I never settled on a custom Rom more than a day or two and I tried many..

Actually xda developers has always been a site for 3rd party development. Stock wasn't what things were about in its inception. There's really no need for this site if you are stock as all you will get is minimal support of take it to said carrier or send it back to OEM. A lot of people have no idea what this site is supposed to be for it appears.

We are actually Running Jelly Bean. it is just themed to look like ICS in the build prop and everything, and Acid intentionally removed Project: Butter because it made the phone too laggy. I know, ironic right? Acid didn't want everyone to go crazy.

I've actually attempted to get an answer from AT&T several times (all of which occurred before I began rooting my phone and installing new ROMs) and they kinda suck monkey a$$ when it comes to giving info on what we (the client) ask. It took me about a 45 min call or a 12 page chat to get their supervisors to finally admit that they don't have one because each one always tried to "get more information for me"

The leaked ROM is really nice. I get at least almost as good batter life as I did on CM10 nightlies. The OS itself is stable. I did notice that the memo app FCs. But that's the only app I have had an issue with and, well, that's not that important an app.
I do miss a few feature from CM10, though. I like having profile access from the power menu, etc.

I just updated mine to 4.0.4, kernal 3.0.8, IMM76d.UCLF6 using Samsung Kies. I called AT&T just once and never did again. Even though they did point me to the Samsung Kies. I know not to call them about anything and to look at place like here for info. I don't know what verison this is (IMM76d). But I would start with Kies to get what is out offically and then go from their.
Just thought everybody would like to know it is available on Kies UCMC1 :victory:

I would like to know what type of battery life people are getting with the stock JB rom. I'm on the unofficial AOKP 4.2 and have had outstanding life @ 1d 20h 4m with a 45min bluetooth call without charging at 7% left! I don't do much in my phone so screen time is usually less than 25%. I can post a screen shot if there are any doubts, but the stock ICS rom gave me just as good performance. Still love my CM 10.1 and AOKP though. The dev's have done some outstanding work!

I just don't think there is a strong want for touchwiz. It would take a lot of work to get it going. I would suggest finding a blaze dev that would do it and get some donations together.
Yeah the chops needed to craft JB TW on the Blaze are well beyond me. I started updating and further tweaking the ICS-based rom I put together, but I'm not a real dev, just a smali-hack sort that focuses primarily on tinkering with carrier-pushed stock packages.

If you're asking about a 4.3 version of Remics-JB, im not sure either, as since the only way i knew about it was cause of my galaxy player, which I traded for store credit.. There isn't a 4.3 of the Remics ROM. There is a 4.2.. Might give it a try soon..
