Does have any of you some method (i mean program) how to root Xperia J JB 4.1.2 firmaware 11.2.A.0.21 BUT WITHOUT flashing and unlocking bootloader? Something like UnlockRoot, Root with Restore by Bin4ry v25 or Super One Click. Note: these three do not work!!!

+1 for that! I would like this also. My bootloader cannot be unlocked, and I really don't want to go through the all-process of downgrading to ICS, rooting, updating via OTA, flashing etc.
Is this working ?
Just a clean install of 11.0.A.7.5 firmware --> root with unlockroot --> (only) OTA upgrade to 11.2.A.0.21.
This way you'll have JB rooted!

I don't know how can you do that just like that? I root ICS when there was latest update 11.0a.7.5 and one day i reflash ftf file because I delete some important system apps, after that my phone was unrooted
Anyway I have rooted JB!

But how to downgrade? Do you have manual? Because every manula I found requires unlocking bootloader and I can´t do that because service menu says NO. I´m just looking for some once-click utility...

I'm sorry,I didn't get you?
Ok. Get update service from sony. Then run update service. Remember, this will only work on locked bootloader.
Paradox ST21i
The update thing worked like a charm, thanks a lot.
Since you have recovered from your brick, you can make your own .ftf just in case if this ever happen again. Using Update Service will always require internet access but flashtool runs in offline mode. You can make either a clean, untouched, unrooted .ftf, or pre-root that new .ftf. Just search the guides.
Paradox ST21i
use flashtool instead !

ROM for Sony Xperia E without unlock bootloader.

Hi. Search custom ROM for Sony Xperia E C1505. I have phone without unlock bootloader. My mobile operator lock bl. Thanks for help
Currently there are no roms buddy
Don't worry cuz I use stock jellybean
Its far better

Thanks for the reply. Are custom rom with J will fit into E? And the second question is whether to install the official rom that need to have unlocked bootloader or not ?
To install official Rom via pc companion , you will need a locked bootloader otherwise you will brick your device
Official updates can be installed via Emma the official Sony flashtool or androxyde flashtool if u have a locked Or unlocked bootloader
And about roms
I have never tried.. I don't wanna try either
Because I can't raise enough fund for a new device if I brick my phone

If someone who is rooted made an ftf from his ROM ...
You can first unlock bootloader and lock it after root. Both unlocking and locking processes are very simple. They can be done by the BLU button in Flashtool.

Thanks so much, but i don't know what is bootloader. Can u explain me what is it?
Sent from my GT-P5210 using XDA Free mobile app
I do not know much about bootloader, but I know it is needed to install recovery and therefore able to install custom roms.
Let me know if I was wrong.

If you do not know what is a bootloader, than you probably should not use Flashtool, flash anything ore root a phone.

Xperia L C2104 on Bootloop

Hi,
I'm having serious trouble with my Xperia L. I was intending to install a Kit Kat ROM, but after I unlocked BootLoader, as expected, it goes stuck in bootloop, however I can't open recovery mode either.
Even when I try to relock the phone using Flashtool, it keeps on bootloop.
I also tried to flash the original ROM using Flashtool but it didn't work. To do so I used the firmware from XperiaFirm.
I followed the instructions below (fourth step) to unlock the bootloader.
http:---//xperiafirmware.com/8-firmware/36-sony-xperia-l-c2105----
(Please, remove the dashes from the link, this is my first post...)
Did I brick the phone?
