I dont think it is more sluggish but it might be more buggy as it's a new build...

My simple home screen ,and in the another ones, i have a widget with access to my favorites and call log, monthly and daily calendar, media center, the time in different places.

You can happily use it as a daily driver. Sluggish, at times. Lagfix does the trick though.

Galaxy tab 2, aokp milestone 4.1.2, experia z launcher, lmt launcher(pie), sidebar( for easy access to apps especially pop-up apps).

My CM10 sometimes auto shutdown for no reason. Should I upgrade to CM10.1 experimental?

Is it like.... Sluggish or very battery consuming?
Sent from my GT-N7005 with CM10 using xda premium

Just a wee bit sluggish, but that's not the ROM's fault. It's got to do with the GNex's memory, trimming it (using Lagfix for example) brings the device up to speed.
I get excellent battery backup with CM10.1. Around 3.5-4 hours screen on time. Or about 12 hours in toto. On both stock kernel and Trinity.

Sounds good. So is it reliable and recommended for daily usage? Sorry for asking so many questions. I am just being skeptical about flashing a newer ROM

Yes. Like I said, CM10.1 nightlies are rock solid, generally.

Works on Bugless Beast GPA19.
mounted /system and pushed.
Thanks.
Works with cm7. Thanks. Didn't try the Music yet I'll try it later tonight
Works well on the Droid X running ICS MIUI 1.11.9 ; the keyboard is missing a lot though; it seems to just be a skin for the Gingerbread keyboard. It lacks the continuous voice-input that was demoed in the Nexus reveal. The new music app is a mixed bag; I think I prefer the older 4.0.1 version instead, in terms of looks =\

Keep in mind it aint running on ICS. You aint using ICS voice lib/ drivers. It's a lot faster and multi-touch works better than GB (to me). What else did you find this keyboard missing? Thanx for the input. Did anyone try this on any non-AOSP ROM?

Seems to work okay, if anything it's really good at detecting badly spelled words. I can practically botch every letter and it comes out fine.

I noticed that too. I think/hope that they have finally implemented BlindType that they bought a couple of years ago cause that looked awesome.
Does anyone have issues using this keyboard in landscape mode? Doesn't work for me.

Rom is running great. Only thing I've seen is the time is not updating. The widget click I use is fine. But status bar clock is not keeping up. Going into settings and unchecked then re checked time and date options and it updates. But I've had to refresh it a few times now

MIUI Screen Setups

So thanks to StrumerJohn and Bleelas we now have a close to stable working version of MIUI! HUGE thanks to those two guys!
MIUI - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2028368
I'm starting this topic because I use to run MIUI every once in a while on my original Droid and I have one non-functional issue with it; app icons being all over since there is no app drawer!
So, I ask anyone and everyone to post screenies of their MIUI screens so myself and others can get some ideas on how to customize homescreens on this awesome version of MIUI on the GS3.
THANKS!
Here is mine in no particular order order

When I ran it on my dx and incredible, I would make folders or use ftl launcher. You could still use all the miui icons with that launcher and still have an app drawer.
I loved that rom, gotta flash this once soon.

I'll post a screen shot when i switch to MIUI once it's deemed stable. I ran it for over a year on my dx and the way I had it was my 4 main icons on home and my left screen was 16 most used apps with four folders of other stuff at the bottom. MIUI is an awesome rom, and i am definitely watching the build thread. You could also just install apex launcher from MIUI if you wanted to....

On the last page of the thread someone mentions a random reboot. I am sure they are close to finishing, I am just waiting on that "final" build.
I am anxious to see where this thread goes, because I love getting ideas from others.

Media eating my battery

Hi, I'm on hyperdrive rls4, it is a great rom, fast, stable I had no problem for the past 4 days. Everything is working.
But it looks like this media thing is eating my battery.
What should I do?
Thank you

182 and no. There is a multi dpi zip for ics/jb roms you can flash. Just do a quick search...
190/191 and some apps will be "compatible" some days, and others wont on other days. It's hit or miss with me
I'be been running 213 for 5 months or so. Haven't have any issues until I hit Scott's latest Beanstock build. Things are off center with Trebuchet.
No market issues to speak of though.
