[Q] Possible to update Android OS on ISA A19?

Morning,
I have a ISA A19 with Android 4.1 on it that my son picked up for me. The phone is stable and has no issues. I was trying to figure out if it would be possible to update this to a more current version of Android, to have access to the newer functions/features....?
Here is the info I have on the phone:

CPU MT6577 DUAL CORE 1.2GHZ

The phone is a dual sim, if that matters.
Thanks in advance for your time and assistance!
