Im looking for a fullly functional Walkman app from Sony to TF700 not rooted. I've download lot of walkmans versions, but no one have widgets or visualizer working. The dinamic lights behind albuns in walkman never works too.

Well, it is kinda quiet in this sub forum, so I just wanna share my finding with you guys.
The soundMod ICE CAVE 5.0 (Sony Xperia sound enhancement) by Mikanoshi is working in our One Mini. The mod is awesome, thanks to Mikanoshi, i like it.
If anyone is using this mod too, please share your experience and let's discuss it.

Yes, better sound, at least for my ears, and louder, and Hei!! you'll have a Sony WALKMAN Apps (Which i prefer than the htc music player). You can read the details in Mikanoshi's original thread.
But too bad, Native walkman widget is for Xperia Launcher only, but you can install another widget from Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.voiche.musicwidget, it is free, but still buggy, Album Art not shown.
Hello guys I just bought this phone and I'm pretty comfortable with it.
Just updated Walkman to latest version but everytime I see the artworks on the player, it is not displaying at the correct resolution, in fact it is bad quality.
I double checked the images I have embedded with the albums and they are high resolution ones... so I dont know what to do, any suggestions?
Other thing I want to ask you is:
is there anyway to port de music player application from ICS to this phone? When I had ST21 that player displayed the correct images with the correct quality and I also found it more reduced in feature which I found lovely.
Most of the "new" feature on Walkman application I dont use and I found it kind of uncomfortable to see.
I also tried with other apps but they are ugly and dont have Sony UI style.

Not really sure what the problem is with the newer Walkman versions, but yeah this issue has been around since version 8. Maybe your embedded art is too big? I try to keep mine at around 500x500.
Did you try uninstalling the updates to your Walkman app? I think XC default Walkman is the one without the "Home" page and might be the one you need.

i just got the Xperia xz. Before the xz I was using a Xperia Z2, which had a nice, preinstalled Podcast App (hidden somwhere in Music or Video, later sony made a widget). I just want to know if this Podcast app still exists in the xz world?

Hey developers, first of all thanks a lot for providing me the latest version of Sony Music App.
I was just wondering if we can use Sony Music App with Samsung Edge Screen (It is used by one of the Samsung 's music app as of now). If you people can try for this I would be speechless.
Ps: I am talking about the lighting color effect according to the album art.
