Well my local store doesn't open until 11am but they only have 7units so I will be there early inorder to make sure I get one. So another hour and 10 mins I should have mine.

GPS is is perfect and it locked in 4 seconds and its very stable. The phone itself is very vet nice, love the screen and feels like bigger samsung vibrant, I used the camera and its realty good very sharp and the videos are very high quality.

Got one today, not impressed really.I'm going to unroot it and take it back and order an sgs2 from clove.
No dev work on it yet, don't know why when there is already a thread for the htc sensation which has no release date yet.

I'm using a captivate with Speed N Style ROM Purplicious. Infuse looks mostly similar minus the processor and 1080p. Development may follow heavily, and pretty quickly, due to the similarities to i9000.

What did you guys pay for yours? Where's the best price off contract you've seen?
loving mine. 4.5 inch screen is great. especially when dash mounted. extremely snappy. can't wait for the ROMs, touchwiz 4 is better than 3.
Like a lot of others, i was torn about getting the infuse or waiting for AT&T's version of the SGS2. it sounds great and all, but who knows when that's coming out. Even when it does, i don't know if the dual core will be a huge difference, plus i think i would rather have the infuse's larger screen.

worst case, you wait a few months, love the SG2, and then just sell the Infuse.
at least that's my plan.

I've been doing the buy/sell/trade with phones since the Iphone 4 came out. I got my Infuse yesterday, and I can honestly say it is more than a phone. Its the first phone I have not been able to use comfortably with 1 hand. The delayed dedicated forum and GS2 will prolly kill this phone. I don't think the dualcore will really matter, but I think the smaller screen of the SG2 will make it more comfortable to use. Until then, I will use the Infuse that I got, as it is by far the best At&t device to date.

The only thing that was bugging me about the huge screen that I think is impossible to do with one hand is pull down the notifications tab. Installed LauncherPro, used the home button to pull down notifications problem solved. I'm loving the extra real estate and especially when it comes to typing.

Thats exactly how I was. Played with the larger devices and once the technology-curiosity settles, it always came down to form fitting practicality. The Blaze fits great in my hand and pocket and packs enough punch to get any job done.
Can't wait for root access.

I was gifted a brand new Mytouch Q and I was looking around for root options or at least a forum but couldn't find anything.
If anyone can point me in the right direction it'll be a big help. Thanx in advance.

LG/Huawei makes low end phones so the phones they have on here either have to be popular and or high end smart phones. U might wanna google what your looking for or u can look in the android dev section and goto the android software development and hacking. (Before i edited this i was still pissed that htc dropped the mytouch line and was thinking about that and typed that instead lol )

google how to root huawei mytouch it should be at the top. sorry i cant post links yet it would be alot easier for everyone. i have the files im going to try and post them now. it wont let me so gmail me [email protected] i will send it to whoever. just to let u all know i didnt make the exploit i just found it and am trying to get it out that there is root so all the devs can get some roms made. thanks for your time

that is not for huawei mytouch q. we need huawei mytouch dev suport. the mytouch name is made by to many people so to make things easier to find use in your search huawei mytouch

This is the myTouch4G Slide forum. The Q is a totally different phone. There is forum at android central that is exclusivly MTQ centered like this forum is centered around the MT4GS.

I sold this phone and bought a S3, the second day I had it. I already had a T Mo Note but wanted a phone to have to mess around so I thought that would be a good one. Ended up selling it for 250 and paid another 200 for an S3. Going to be selling both to get a Note 2. Thanx anyways.

I used the method of looking through proc/last_kmsg and it shows mine as being Sony.
There are 2 manufacturers, 3 display models, the only way to tell visually that I know of is by the cable

Forgive my ignorance here, I haven't owned a nexus device since the galaxy nexus (toro) and my last 3 devices were the Note 2, S4 and HTC One, which are completely different worlds from a Nexus.
Secondly I do apologize if this has been asked and answered before but I just traded my phone in (HTC One) and switched from Verizon to T-Mobile and got the Nexus 5....are all hammerhead ROMs the same or should I be on the look out for specific ROMs for the T-Mobile version only?

I looked yesterday and did not see it. It must've been a few pages back. What is the big deal? You had to comment? People are willing to help others even if its a silly question. I am one of those people as you can tell by my number of thanked posts...I expect the same courtesy no matter what the question, big or small. It did not harm anyone.

You'd have been better served to hold onto the HTC One during your switch and sold it yourself. They were only offering up $120 credit for trade in, and the phone still pulls upwards of $300.
I made the switch this past weekend, and selling the phone outright took care of the ETF VZW will charge + put an add'l $100 in my pocket.
Moot point now, I suppose, but hopefully for anyone else looking to take advantage of T-Mo's deal, make sure you know the value of your phone!
