Use the MTK Droid Root & Tools to rppt GIONEE Ctrl V3.
I successfully rooted my GIONEE V3, which I bought last week. It was very smooth

Go to youtube and search for Micromax A75 root and click on the How to root and install custom rom ICS
Follow the instructions and your phone will be rooted

try 3-4 times. Kingroot applies different root strategies everytime you try to root so try again. Maybe this will help you.
Try kingoroot and the method which involves your Phone being connected to the PC
