This is a Sony New Media App with Sound Enhancement patch for all device
This Patch include below
- Sony WALKMAN with Sound Enhancement(Clear Audio+, Clear Bass, Clear Stereo, VPT, Dynamic Normalizer), Visualizer
- Sony Album
- Sony Movie with Sound Enhancement(Clear Stereo, VPT, Dynamic Normalizer)
- Facebook with Xperia
- Infinite Extension
- Sony DLNA (Throw)
- Mobile BRAVIA Engine2 (Not tested)
Require
- ICS or JB
- CWM Recovery
Warning
- Do not Mirror!
- This Patch tested with Samsung Galaxy S2
- You can't make playlist through WALKMAN. To make playlist, use other player.
- xLOUD and Clear Phase is not work with non Xperia Device.
- BRAVIA Engine2 is not tested. I think it will not working.
- To use Facebook with Xperia you need Facebook app. Install this patch and re-add facebook account then you can see notification.
- Not capable with DSP Manager. Delete it before install this patch.
- I'm not responsible for the problem if you install other Sound Mod or WALKMAN-related Patch before or after install this patch
How To
- Before install please read warning.
- For BRAVIA Engine2. Add
ro.service.swiqi2.supported=true
persist.service.swiqi2.enable=1
this to build,prop.
- Download Patch File and move it to SD Card.
- Go to CWM Recovery.
- Do Wipe Cache and Wipe Dalvik Cache.
- Install Patch File through Install Custom Zip.
- Select Reboot Phone.
- Enjoy.

its not working..
i installed with TWRP, wipe dalvik and cache, reboot and when i press play, thres no sound..
plz help

nope.. it plays the music for about a second then the sound disappears. visualizer crashes after a couple of seconds and takes too much volume on System Rom. like 40MB or so... Other then that FB integration works great

After you have working equalizer...

tried the above method, but still no go.

im using galaxy nexus with stock rom.

Thnks for this mod.. walkman works like a charm.equalizer properly installed but when i adjust the equalizer theres no effect on audio also i checked the clearaudio+ no effect too. Any help?

Nice try but I think you only added some apps and gave link to CWM tweak, didn't you? Everyone can do that changes on his FXP rom withoud downloading whole rom again.
Maybe try to modify system UI? Fix FXP bugs?

it's possible the offline recharge for battery? (when the telephone is off) In CM10 the offline recharge don't doesn't work...

it recognises my phone as Galaxy Nexus.i changed it on build.prop but i dont think that it can be changed from there.
Edit:i wiped the cashe after changing the build.prop and its ok now.

Because they are two different files made for different devices. What I'm having trouble understanding is...why is all the bloat necessary? Facebook plugins?

- It was first Tested on Micromax A110 and Micromax A116 in which it was working fine.
- Then This MOD was tried on other 2 Devices with 4.0+ android and they also Responded well so I have put it in General Sections Also.
- So DO NOT GET CONFUSED.
- JUST FLASH IT AND ENJOY.

EveryThing is OKKK jUST FLASh AND ENJOY. IT is not compulsory to remove Musicfx or whatever just flash and everything will work fine.

Audio seems choppy compared to Poweramp...because its downloading album covers maybe? Everything else works fine there are no conflicts or anything. D2VZW GS3 running Carbon 1.5 (4.2.2)

Well I got better sound compared to poweramp ..... and it's sony Xperia feature .... it's best in the market.

MAN!! this is awesome, i've tried all day to install Walkman, clearaudio+ on my Droid Razr M with no success(FC, bootloops, etc), now that im going to sleep u post this and i give it a last try to my M, and boom!! Everything works just so smooth and perfectly, the sound quality is great and the launcher is flawless.

Well there is no FC on visualizer .... it's not virtualisation ....

THANK YOU! Working great on my LG-LS970 running CM10.1.
The only thing that isn't working is the visualizer, which closes immediately after opening. Not a big deal, though.

Yes. Visualizer crashes and I get this weird bug where it hangs for 30 sec after a song when shuffling. It changes when I turn the screen on. Super weird. Otherwise I'm loving this. With clear audio+ the music sounds better than the ac!d mod and much easier to get up and running. Thanks dev

It doesnt show walkman in app drawer, album fc when open, and moviies sont work too :/ But I fogot to wipe cache's and i removed framework folder bcz I use my own fw.

The apps need specific framework to work upload your own framework to me and modify the framework for you . and try to follow the step . Thx for the result thought .

Can i try on my sony xperia tipo dual?
I have alredy installed walkman player ported for tipo and clear bass but sound out put is low however bass quality is good.

I Recommend a Factory Wipe when you install this so that less bug .

Give it a try and tell me the result BTW if you are using NXT Framework please follow the step in Extra to stay on the framework .

1. Do a Android Backup
2. Remove "soundfx" folder from system/lib
3. Full Wipe
4. Wipe Cache
5. Clear Dalvik Cache
6. Flash the Zip
7. Wipe Cache
8. Clear Dalvik Cache
9. Reboot
Make sure you are on a Stock android 4.0.4 rom and 11.0.A.6.5 or you can test it on different framework and let me know .

First of all Thanks,I installed in my xperia tipo dual works good sound quality is good but sound volume output is low, video is not working.
As you told the bravia engine 2 is not working.
Just do for the volume gain.

How to Install::good::angel:
To install the Sony Walkman, Movies and Album Apps from Xperia Z on your Core, follow the following steps:
Boot your phone into CloclworkMod recovery mode.
Do not forget to backup your current ROM before flashing anything on your phone. Use the “backup and restore” option.
Scroll to “wipe cache partition” and wipe it.
“Wipe cache partition” from “advanced” menu
Go to “install zip from sdcard choose zip from sdcard” and select the file you want to install.
When the installation is done, go to “advanced” and “wipe dalvik cache”.
Finally reboot device using “reboot system now” option.
100% tested By me On Omkar Rom(Monster Rom):laugh::good::good:

audio effect not working
walkman works great. audio effect not working i instal 5 time and wipe dalvik and cache...
reinstal rom and apps now all works greate thanks a lot great job

I have currently installed viper4 android Mod....
do i need to uninstall...that mod before installing Sony Walkman..??

the best mod of this is the 4.6 which ive used with the lates honami version...all equalizers are working, with real xloud, clear audio and its awsome
