INFO:
XXMF1 has (CMF, COA, CRO, CYO, CYV, DBT, EUR, MET, MSR, NEE, ORS, PHE, SEB, SIM, TEB, TPH, TSR, VVT, XEH, XEO, XSK) CSC. So if you come from one of these countries and want to flash GT-I8160 to jb you can change your CSC to one of these.
If you have root you can use "CSC_Changer" in attachement. I think in JB command *#272*IMEI# doesn't work.

Updated Multi CSC firmware for GT-I8160P XXMF1 is made by fluffi444. Good work fluffi444.

Yes it is, as of today Galaxy Ace 2 L version has official JB firmware.

You should download firmware for your device from the link, and download Odin. If you have Kies installed then you have drivers on your PC.
If zip has just one file (one file + .dll file) then:
1. Open Odin as administrator
2. Click PDA and click on the extracted file ( I suggest to put extracted file in the same folder as Odin)
3. Turn off the phone, and go into Download mode by pressing menu + volume down + power key.
4. When in download mode connect phone with the PC and you should se COM:3 (or any number besides COM in the upper left corner where it says ID:COM.
5. Don't tick Repartition and don't tick or untick anything else.
6. Now press start and leave phone in PC until Odin says "PASS".
And now you have JB.
BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING, BACKUP EVERYTHING!!!!
And it should work, but remember, YOU'RE FLASHING ON YOUR RESPONSABILITY. With that being said, good luck with everything.

And don't repartition system or anything, just flash on gingerbread, for me repartitioning system is bad decision, I had lags on jb when repartitioned so don't do that. Just flash on Gingerbread.

L version JB finally
The long wait is over.
I too just flashed from JB, like we had a different option, without repartition or anything lease changed.
After the flash it took a long time "optimizing" all the 100+ apps.
I like it the performance, but at sometimes it is a little bit more laggy then I was use to with GB,
including some lag in temple run 2 which was totally smooth on GB.
So i rooted back up'ed and did a factory reset.
It feels smoother now but I haven't restored any of my apps yet.
Im gonna check how to switch internal with external sd and then ill restore.

Would this enable to download large apps like gameloft games that don't normally work?

Don't use swap, it doesn't really boost your memory and it shortens memory cards life. Use V6 SUPERCHARGER insted.

I mean officially supported devices by Cyanogenmod Inc. like SGS and other 70.
The officially CM 10.2 is in the M1 stage, it isn't stable yet

can someone after flashed say what have changed since there is no changelog of samsung

It's just an incremental update, probably tweaks + possibly third party accessories fix.

I was very happy with NA6, so any good tweaks are fine by me.

Most people did not have battery drain with NA6.
It must have been something wrong in your system.

Hi, I,m from Croatia (Vipnet carrier) and I upgraded my 9005 with first Polish version 4.2.2. XXUENA6 with Odin. Everything works well. Can I now upgrade it with this new version? Since I run Polish version can I get OTA update or I must use Odin?
I supose this will not lock my phone?

Yup. I clicked the update button in settings and a firmware update appeard (27mb). Phone went from NA6 to NB3 build.

Yes we have that already but for 4.3.
It doesn't work on 4.4, at least not good. (sometime it's working and sometimes is working only reject call function)
You have to provide some info in OP, what did you do on this version and what's the difference between yours and Ryokan version...
If it's same - then, yeah, we already have that.

In OP you said - "I ported" and few post down you are saying you modified settings.apk and you are using Ryokan files...
What have you ported if you are using Ryokan files?

It's almost impossible to open this pict.
Where did you upload that?
But I could see enough, it's screenshot from settings...and that's not what I asked.
That's not porting, that's editing, you edited personalization_settings.xml and that's nice.
What I ask is - did you port all that apps or you are using files already ported by Ryokan.
I'm asking to know should I even try it - I know that Ryokan ported apps won't work on my device (I already tried) and they won't work now too if you add tabs to settings.
