This theme is based on my original work from the I9000, however it has been remade to fit with the new JB OS.
There is still some more work I wish to do on this theme, but that wil be done over the upcoming updates, as I really wanted to get this out so people can start using it and give feedback.

Nice looking theme and I'm interested in flashing it (at least now while I'm on a Samsung based ROM, considering testing one of the AOSPs). Quick question though. I'm using Apex Launcher with one of the icon theme packs installed. I'm wondering if there are any areas where there will be overlap. Have you tested this theme with Apex themes?

It was only tested on a Stock Deodexed ROM, because I believe if this works then there should be no issues.
I will say this though, I use Holo Launcher and the Icon Packs still work with that, so I can only hope/assume that it will be the same for Apex.

Nice work. Apex tries to be fairly stock in lots of places anyway, so interesting to see how 'un' Sammy/Touchwiz I can get on a Sammy ROM. Going to flash this tonight or later today and give it a whirl.

Oh, also, I know it says to flash with CWM recovery, but I've never had any problem flashing zips via Mobile Odin, so any problems doing that? If you pick a zip it goes into recovery in the background and flashes, then reboots. Very slick actually.

I've noticed XXBMB5 is out as well (XPower runs XXBMB4) so I'll be having to look at multiple firmware support in the near future.
The reason why XXBMA6 is first is because that is what TGP (The Galaxy Project) uses at the moment and was my base.
What I would ultimately like to do is make a Universal theme which can work on ALL Firmwares. However, I do have one small problem. I am having to edit the androidmanifest.xml files which sometimes contain a fixed Firmware version (ie: SystemUI.apk has this). In most cases, it doesn't need touching, but for about 3-4 files it is needed for the transparency to work. So I'd be stuck with two options: 1) I sacrifice some of the transparency to make it universal. or 2) I have a base Universal file and then a support file for each firmware (so the user would have to flash 2 files).
It's something I will definitely be working on anyway...
Yeah, could definitely see why it was BMA6 based for sure. I've had such good luck with XPower, that unless I decide to test one of the AOSPs, not interested in flashing other Sammy roms ATM.
OK. I've been able to make a universal version of the theme, however I have lost the transparency in the Messenger app
Hopefully this is only temporary and I should be able to fix this soon.

Since it works on two FWs now it's a good sign. When I get time I'll go back and test XXELL5 to see if the Lxx versions are compatible or not.
Just added some Restorable CWM Files for XXBMA6 , XXBMB4, and XXBMB5.
Use these if you want to get rid of the theme, or if you have installation issues.
Just done a quick fix and removed PackageInstaller.apk due to it being corrupted.

In order to make the transparency 100% I need to make special files for each FW, so I want to know which ones to do...
Had to go back to a stock ROM, which I've customized the hell out of, disabled tons of bloat, perseus, etc. Added your theme back in it's so nice to have a stock-ish experience in deeper menus of the ROM, settings, etc, as opposed to stock Sammy smartie coloured icons and oversized everything. Since we now have ParanoidAndroid just posted today, I can't resist testing, but if I ever do revert to 4.1, this theme is a must-have IMHO. Nice work.

If I ever decide to take a closer look at 4.2, I may do a version of my theme for it. However the JKay features will not be able to be included as it's not compatible. The theme itself (images, colours etc) however wouldn't be too much of an issues.
Since this is now the 2nd major firmware I've made this theme for now (the first was GingerBread 2.3.6) I'm understanding what I need to do to adapt my customisations. For example, from GB to JB was a little different, so I'm expecting JB to CM to be the in the same boat, however I hope there might be more similarity since the FW versions are closer together.

So, what I want from you people is to tell me what FWs you want covered, in about 2 weeks I'll release a new version with all the FW's added.

SO far there's no issues at all aside from the obvious like NO 4G...NO FFC and NO HWA (none of the people that tested for me before posting here have reported anything..hahaha)

The SMS conversations is a part that has bugged me for a while now lol.
Short answer is yes, but I don't know how soon. Hopefully sooner than later though because I want to fix ICS Inspired that has the same issue as well.

Have you downloaded the app from the market? its only a shortcut in the settings menu.
BTW, just updated the thread to say that the app is a requirement. Sorry that I didn't mention that earlier.

It's pretty much the same thing. The only thing I havent done is made the popups transparent yet, which I can work on for the next version. I won't make them completely transparent like in TW Glass, but I'll make sure it's noticeable.

So you are saying that I can change menu background in your theme using the same method in TW Glass? I didn't understand you completely.
Yes, that would be very nice. 100% transparent isn't good because the text in popups would get confused with the background. But 75% or 50% transparency for popups would be nice

I'm not 100% familiar with TW Glass as I've never installed it yet, but basiocally what you do is just change your wallpaper in the settings menu (either to a live or normal) and it will show up through the ROM instead of a plain black background.
75-50 for popups might even be too much, you gotta think they're made bold to overlay the existing screen, and unlike TW Glass which is intended to be a "Glass" theme as such, this is keeping pretty much stock, just with transparency in certain elements. In the past with my ICS Inspired on I9000 I used 90% I think for the popups, and it worked out nice. The popups were still dominant, but you could still see the screen behind it. I may reduce it to 85 and see what it looks like though.

I think I wasn't clear enough about the menu background. I was talking about setting different pictures for wallpaper and for menu background. For instance, having a beach photo for wallpaper and a sky photo for menu background.
In TW Glass, this is what you have to do in order to choose your own menu background:

You can replace "background_holo_dark.png" and "background_holo_dark.png" with different images if you wish, that will still work.
It should say in the first post that you need Jkay framework mod installed...
Which one should I install? The one that comes with Ripper rom or another one?

Languages
If you need to use a specific language with Dandroid and it's unsupported you can make it work by following these easy steps
1) Go to a rom that has your desired language supported.
2) Open the app "Rom Toolbox", download from the market
3) Go to Interface, then Font Installer
4) Press the menu key, then backup all of your fonts.
5) Setup this rom, then load Rom Toolbox.
6) Restore your previous rom's fonts.
7) You should now be able to read/write in you're language

This is a TW rom themed to look AOSP, it is not a pure AOSP rom. TW roms do not have this issue.

I have quite a few downloads and no one but you has reported anything, what's happening on you're phone?
I have the same issue! Package fails/aborts in recovery.

It's happening to me too on TWRP. I even pulled a stock build.prop and tried to reflash and it still failed.
Perhaps this requires a Verizon kernel. Hero wrote the porting guide and there was no mention that a kernel swap was needed. Can anyone who is familiar with porting confirm?

Verizon, T-Mobile and at&t all pretty much use the same kernel. Try lean kernel or faux... I just finished a port of jelly 'beans' and those worked best.
I used his porting guide as well. Only one that will make it easy and remove all issues.

I have no idea really.. to be honest, what i do now is working on a base that already exists, editing some things here and there, with the things i have learned so far from others and from xda guides etc. although i manage to bring you guys some roms, i cannot consider myself a good dev. not at all, but i'll do my best as always for this community, for you guys, for the i9305
As for note 2 Lollipop port, i will do what i can, but cant guarantee anything as of yet, i might need help or maybe someone else could port it too and from there we can work on it, who knows what will happen, lets hope for the best! :good:

There will be some changes made when eclipse for n7100 gets updated.. this is a port same to same as the eclipse for note 2, yes some apps may look the same, it is a s5/s6 themed rom, but why does that bother you? i didnt ask you to change or remove things you got from my rom(s) from whom you have put your s6 inspiration together not to mention things that you took without permission from others, dont get me wrong bro, i mean no offence, but it seems odd to me that you ask this to me..

I don't mean to bother you.also just took your s5 elite rom 's touch improvement scripts from aroma config and I mentioned on my op. I was just talking about that a same flavour is already available we want something new.

the'm trying now there are many differences with N4 Elite rom this one to some lag at startup crashes icon boot samsung written for a few seconds, and when it goes on standby I have to remove batteria.mancano many applications here tray icon notifications to kill memory n4 elite prefer the more there is more complete blocking of publicity and the ability to open new applications with home button

- You MUST be on a 5.1.1 Rom (OF7 or OFE) to flash Wicked One SS Rom; If you're coming from Sac's v3 (5.0.2 based) it will NOT work! You won't have the firmware necessary.
- First, BACKUP your Files (ie DCIM/Downloads) as you might have to factory full wipe if no boot after ODIN!! Yes no more pictures of your cat Fluffy. And then...
ODIN OF7 Full Update/Firmware. This can be found in the "General" tab. Or Click Here.
- After upgrading to OF7 - bootup and go to software update to take the OTA OFE (I don't know if this is necessary, but it seemed Kosher so I did it)
- Unlock 'developers options' and unlock bootloader (Go to Settings--->About Device--->Tap "Build Number" 10 times and you will unlock Developer Options---> unlock bootloader)
- Flash a modified kernel to gain root.

Samsung Browser Update
It seems Samsung is going to take the same route as HTC and start updating some of their apps through the PlayStore. I recieved the update for Samsung Browser today. I updated it with the blue icon instead of the purple one that comes with the app.
- Only flash this if you have already taken the Samsung Browser update through the Playstore.
- Download and flash in recovery

Wicked One SE Theme will work on any Samsung S6 Device, but goes with the Wicked One SS Rom perfectly. Please read install instructions below to get this theme to work correctly.
***IF YOU ALREADY HAVE THE FULL THOR THEME SAVED TO YOUR DEVICE, SKIP TO THE END OF THIS TO DOWNLOAD AND FLASH MY THEME, WITH THE THOR THEME INSTALLED***
***Before you begin you have to delete all previous files of the Avengers Thor theme. Go into your theme store and select a different theme if you have Thor installed. Then delete the Thor theme from the store. With a root explorer app go into the root of your device and navigate to data/app. Delete any folders with the name com.marvels.Avengers_Thor. Now navigate to data/overlays and delete any instances of com.marvels.avengers_Thor from any of those folders, including wallpapers. Reboot device and move onto installation below. You can even reboot to recovery and wipe cache to be extra clean.
Clean Installation of new theme: (This will allow you to override the theme trial.) Follow these instructions or it will not work correctly. See Screenshots Below.
- Download the Updated Thor Theme apk located HERE.
- Install the apk to your device but DO NOT apply the theme yet.
- With a root/file explore program (I use Root Explorer), navigate to data overlays/jsonfiles
- Move the com.marvels.avengers_Thor.json file from trialjson folder to the userjason folder.
- Make sure the com.marvels.avenger_Thor.json file is completely removed from the trialjson folder.
- Reboot your device.
- Go into Theme Store and apply Thor Theme.
- Boom, trial theme is gone and full theme is there.
- Download my updated Wicked One Theme below.
- Boot into recovery and flash my theme with the Thor Theme applied.
- Reboot and enjoy!!!!!!
Troubleshooting or Uninstalling:
If you run into issues with this theme not applying properly, please uninstall it from the Theme app and choose the default theme. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ANOTHER THEME APPLIED BEFORE DELETING ANY FILES. Then, using a file browser with root access, remove any of the following left on your phone:
all of the folders in /data/app/ begining with com.marvel.Avengers_Thor
/data/overlays/font/com.marvel.Avengers_Thor
/data/overlays/preview/com.marvel.Avengers_Thor
/data/overlays/lockwallpaper/com.marvel.Avengers_Thor_wallpaper.png
/data/overlays/jsonfiles/userjson/com.marvel.Avengers_Thor.json

Oh Snap! Looks like Im coming back to my S6E
I played with the S6E Plus and the Note 5 today and not impressed. I think Ill stick to this device if you awesome devs continue coming out with nice ROMs.
Note 5 is crazy fast tho..

Thanks but I have never used hotspot. I used ram9200 rom as a base with his service.jar from his version 2. Let me know if it deosn't work and I'll add it in. If it doesn't, just use his fix and all should be good. Let me know.
