I m on stock jb provided by paplu, today i was working on my phone & it suddenly restarted after that when i tried to connect to wifi its not connecting even the eifi icon on notification is not showing up , i even tried to access wifi from settings but its just toggling b/w on & off & i'm not able to enter wifi setting..:crying:
Please help ASAP

I have installed the ICS rom on my mobile i have some problems
1- i can't connect to wireless network , i can't find any wifi network after turning on wifi the screen keep displaying Turning Wi-Fi on
2- trying to disable the cell broadcast but after restarting the phone it's enabled automatically.
3- arabic is supported but im looking for keyboard
plz i need help asap my device is useless now

try it for the third time and still same im getting same problem
help me.. my phone is stuck in airplane mode for last two days..
tried different sims.. still not working.. i cant access the mobile network option ! WiFi Bluetooth working.. even though my phone is in airplane mode.. still it is not showing the airplane logo at the notification bar !!
My phone - LG Optimus NET p690

xperia rom by team optimus flashed...
i reflashed the stock Rom. wiped data.. cache 3 times..
still not working !

It only says "Connecting" & then "Saved,secured with WPA"

My phone details are-
Karbonn S5 Titanium
Android 4.1.2
Kernel: 3.4.0-perf-g8ca40f4
Build: TBW593315_8764_V006012
Even I have the exact same issue. I am using a BSNL Huawei/Quidway WA-1003A router.
It says connecting and then says Saved & secured with WEP
I noticed that S2 has 4.1.2 and my other phones (Samsung Note 1 & Micromax A110) with 4.1.1 are connecting to the same router perfectly fine.
Any pointers? I read somewhere that 4.1.2 doesn't support some 802.xx standards and a patch needs to be done on old routers or one needs to go for a new router. Is that correct?

I have the same issue with my Karbonn S5 handset, it is not able to connect to my WIFI router, the other phones are connecting properly. Please let me know if there is any fix for this issue.

I've installed Connectify HotSpot on my Laptop. I connect my Laptop to my WiFi router, then I connect my S5 to Connectify.
This is a workaround as there is issue with the WiFi router image & which can;t be upgraded further since it is a old one with no support.

The problem is with the DHCP Configuration.....To solve this access your router and go to Set Up>DHCP Configuration and select Server On....Than go to the Advanced Tab on top and go to Wireless Settings.....Once there Save all & Restart Access Point at the bottom of the window and you will be done

Hi everyone, I took my OnePlus one to service center yesterday and they did a factory reset and restored it to stock and flashed oxygen os 1.0.0
Now my WiFi isnt working . it just stuck on " searching for WiFi networks " . nothings shows and my hone WiFi isn't connecting. When i put my phone close to router it connects to my WiFi for few minutes then disconnects again. Wifi works for some time when phone is close to router , doesn't work or connect in other room or just at small distance.
WiFi doesn't show up in other room .
I have tried flashing stock cyanogenos12.1 from fastboot, flashing cm1144s with modem zip, tried flashing exodus lollipop rom too but still no help.
Same issue.
What should i do now ? Any help ?

Hello guys, I have flashed Hyper-Rom v8 in my Samsung Galaxy S3 (GT-19000) And the wifi doesn't work! I can receive text messages and I have cellular-network. My only problem is my wifi connection. When I'm trying to connect to my wifi router, my phone only saves the info of my router but it doesn't connect. I've tried long press on my wifi name to forget it and then try to connect it again but it doesn't solve the problem. I also re-flash the custom rom but nothing happened, it's the same again. Can anyone help me please?

The best way to get help about a custom ROM is to post your questions in their thread where other users, or the rom developer, can help you.
