Buon giorno sono il Sig. Comella Gino,ho acquistato da circa due mesi un touch cruise ma mi si sta' verificando un difetto di fabrica sulla cover del telefono,mi si sta scrostando tutto si sta' levando la gommatura che ricopre la plastica del telefono,premetto che lo tengo scrupolosamente nella custodia come un gioiello,non e' mai caduto a terra e ne preso urti accidentali il telefono funziona benissimo ma sono molto scontento della cover sembra di avere lo stesso problema come il P3600 che nel giro di pochi mesi si scrostava tutto.
Vi chiedo cortesemente di contattare il centro assistensa di como dove lo dovro' inviare per la sostituzione della cover in garanzia in quanto e un difetto di fabrica.
Ho allegato una foto fatta con il telefono dove si evidenzia benissimo il difetto.
Desidero che questa email venga letta dai responsabili HTC,peche' non vorrei avere spiacevoli sorprese come intervento fuori garanzia,se dovesse andare cosi' daro' il tutto per via legale denunciando HTC dopo avere speso milioni di euro per i vostri device mal funzionanti e con componenti non conforme all'uso quotidiano lavorativo come promesso dalle caratteristiche Touch Cruise.

visto che la HTC non vuole prendere in garanzia questo problema, perché noi per ogni sostituzione ci rivolgiamo a loro.
Quello che possiamo fare é un gesto commerciale sul prezzo del cover.

cerco aiuto in quanto tempo fa' avevo installato una rom (non ricordo quale)
e installando la rommi si e' installato anche un immagine durante la fase di avvio del telefono.ora vorrei cancellare questa immagine visto che non utilizzo piu' la rom ho provato in mille modi ma niente non ci riesco,ricordo che tramite root explorer si poteva cancellare ma non mi ricordo i passaggi da effettuare,se qualcuno mi puo' aiutare cli ne sarei tanto grato grazie in anticipo a tutti.

Salve, dopo laggiornamento del mio samsung s2 plus ad android 5.0.2 ho notato che dalle impostazioni il sistema mi legge solo 4 giga degli 8 interni qualcuno sa darmi delle risposte grazie.
