Hello, I recently brought a china mobile star a919 with mtk6573 , and I need help with the possible rooting method. can any one help?

Hi i have the same device, use Superoneclick, you won´t have problems

Hi sorry by the time, i had deleted it i can´t remember
i had to try some times until i root my device, because superoneclick used to hang the process, the process should install busybox and superuser..
if i find my superoneclick i will share...
EDIT: try with SuperOneClickv2.3.3-ShortFuse google finds it for download.

May be is enough use root checker.apk and it will tell you if it's rooted
If not retry more times it should works
There is a spanish forum called moviles dualsim for all this chinesse devices and there are more types for root mtk 6573

Ok, i think that firstable is better for you to make a back up for avoid problems, at

Very good!!!! Congratulations....
Now you can install busybox.apk, and enjoy..and at playstore you can find one app for overcloking, search mtk ,and it will be faster...

Android mid tablet lost recovery

I cant install any app to sd or internel memory (terminal or root explorer not working).
I installed busybox earlier then it is damaged
