It's not in an apk. The actual code for apm is in android_policy.jar and then the images in framework-res.apk

Yes, you can if you make a flashable zip with with the boot.img from the cm10 package.
But you cannot flash the boot.img directly with the recovery.

I'm now using CM10 and i wondering to know in case of, how to come back to stock HTC Rom.
I baught my HTC one S by myself without any operator and my ref is Z520e and i've got the S4 CPU
