[Q] stuck in recovery....please help

So i was about to sell my nexus s (rooted and unlocked) and i tried to reset it but i got the error icon....so i wiped everything from cwm recovery. since i did that, the rom will not run...it sends me back to fastboot and recovery but i cannot mount the usb to my computer to flash a new rom. How can i get my phone to mount through cwm recovery so i can put a zip on the internal storage???

When you can start your phone into fastboot, you can connect it to your pc and try to flash a new recovery. If you want to completely wipe the phone and install the stock ICS you also could just flash that via fastboot.

or just boot on download mode and flash via ODIN the stock Rom

search dev section , there is
but if you wanna set it to factory set , why don't you just flash 2.3 stock rom which has stock recovery that will overwrite the CWM recovery

You have to press VOL+ & VOL- And plug the data cable

You don't need Odin. There is an option in cwm to mount USB storage.

1. Tablets only boots into CMW recovery. Reflashing with any ROM will get error status 7.
2. Cannot access bootloader and fastboot
3. Can connect to windows from CMW recovery so still can push any files to /sdcard
4. Can also connect trough APX
5. Unlocked
So anything that I can do to repair my tab? Can anybody guide me step by step?

Nope. Still on ics. Manage to install tf300t rom .30 without status 7 error but still booting into cmw recovery.

Download a fresh copy of the last known working ROM and put it into the SD card from your computer. Make sure to eject the card before u take out. Put it back to the tablet.
Format all the partition from cwm. Reboot into the cwm. Flash the ROM....

The sd card you mean is the internal or the external? If it is the external, cmw cannot read it. One more thing is I cannot boot to android. Just stuck on the cwm recovery. Will go into cmw recovery when I reboot the tab. Even if I press power + vol (-), it will end up booting into cmw.

thats why my mobile is start but online showing htc screen
my mobile is at&t htc one x
my mobile is already rooted and recovery mode is start
and usb debugging mode of my mobile is off
how can i paste a android.policy.jar file paste in my system or there is if any option to flash my mobile or any other way to repair my mobile than plz help me

Do you have custom recovery?? If so tou could just download a rom and reflash your phone.

Hey!
Reboot In to Bootloader and perfrom a factory data reset (to enter bootloader hold power and the volume down key until u see a screen)
OR
I am taking under belief that you phone is rooted if not then just search for how to root one x and u'll find MANY MANY Tutorials lol
Personally The Easiest method in my view is by using hasoon's All In One Toolkit for the One X BEST AND EASY
After Rooting Flash ClockWork Recovery MOD Then After entering recovery just go to mounts and mount USB And Volia U'll find all your data on the PC Just Like SD Card Then Copy your stuff Just to be safe and then copy the ROM on to the SD
Unmont the USB Storage And Flash the ROM by selecting the ZIP file u copied

You have to flash a custom recovery and use the custom recovery to flash the ROM

Fastboot doesn't require usb debugging in either position to use.
Okay First I Guess U Need to Charge Your Phone Do One This Switch Off Your Phone Then Plug it In The A/C Charger and Let it Charge For a while after a couple of hours
Try booting into fastboot and get the custom recovery
open up files where fastboot.exe is located open up a command promt there (in the folder where fastboot.exe is located hold on The SHIFT KEY and RIGHT Click and select open command prompt)
The Type this (remeber your phone is connect in fastboot mode) fastboot flash recovery THE NAME OF THE RECOVERY.img
Hit Enter After that U can go into recovery
Try it hope it helps

this is the viberxl rom ...today i already downlpaded it i also like her image which is there thats why i download it....and thanx for ur help

I will never understand why people jump into rooting before they even know basic stuff like how to install a custom recovery or flash roms in recovery (!!).
Factory reset in bootloader wipes your SD card. It has to be reformatted in Windows before you can do anything else.
DO NOT use CWM recovery as previously stated--it is an unsupported port and has been known to corrupt data. You need TWRP.

Stucked in BooLoader

By mistake due to some problems I've accidentily deleted internal storage in the bootloader mode. Meaning that I can't get into android and I can't install any ROM (since i've deleted the storage). How does one fix this problem? How do I connect it to the computer and upload rom?

You can either push a rom to your device through a custom recovery using adb or flash the factory image. You also might be able to see your device when booted into recovery and copy and paste a rom to it.

More details pls :/ I cant just plug it into computer and upload it, it doesnt go into the system and it has that SD card issue :/

Well I’ve managed to make every turn possible with my hammerhead. I’ll just explain these turns as much as I can.
1. Unlocked the device
2. Installed ROM, everything was OK.
3. Applied different ROM, started having problems with SD card. Installed TWRP manager, problem fixed. Though there were some space issues (backup 6 gb and so on)
4. Made the worst turn, bootloader mode, deleted internal storage, wiped.
5. In turns on, goes into cataclysm rom, but the system doesnt show and Back buttons or minimize or Home (those 3 buttons at the foot of the phone), wallpaper is black. IF u connect it to the computer, the internal system is just EMPTY. Can’t transfer any rom to the phone. Cant go to the store and install TWRP manager. All kinds of crazy ****.
6. Tried Force flashing it with nexus root toolkit while in bootloader mode. Failed. Doesnt recognize the device, bootloader on the phone freezes.

The only way i know to flash this firmware is by SP flash tool and here's the issue!! the phone wont connect to the pc in switch off mode which is a need of the process. I've gone through a lot of forums on different websites including this (I asked for the issue on forum but didnt get any help), a lot of forums start from after the mt65xx preloader shows in the device manager.
The things i've tried are deleting the drivers of MTK device(The only thing available related to this phone) from my pc with the help of USB Deview , Tried pressing volume up button while connecting the phone(Without battery) to pc and even inserting the battery just after connection.
Any help would be grateful..Thanks!!
P.s- Unfortunately usb debugging is off in the phone

Hi, is your device completely dead? Or it boots?
If your device's is alive, get sprout4 Stock Rom and flash it via custom recovery like Philz or TWRP!

The phone boots and get into a bootloop, as i mentioned that i wiped the data out, and i can enter in recovery mode but not in fastboot (maybe coz usb debugging is off).
I had no idea about sprout4 and that android one devices have common ROM and recoveries !!!!
I have found my device listed on this page but how do i flash recovery in my phone? The way i know is through ADB and that wont work.
I would like to know if theres any other way to do it .

Oww, that's cool bruh.
Hang on, I'll link you a Sprout4 Full stock ROM [latest one]
All you need to do is, just enter into recovery mode then wipe everything except micro SD, flash the given Rom zip, give few minutes, once the Flashing done, reboot!

*.Note that, all the sprout4 roms compatible with each other, so just download the zip, put it to your SD, reboot recovery, wipe all [Wipe system, data. except SD card ], flash that zip, reboot!

urgh... Stock recovery doesnt show 'install from sd card'. The only options visible are apply update from sdcard , ..from adb, wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache.

Deym, I thought you were on Custom Recovery like Philz or TWRP!
So now, @Sp5297... Your device is just bootlooping? And before this had took place, you were on stock Rom right? What was the build number?

Err... I misread that, pardon me.
AFAIK, if you wipe data / factory reset from stock recovery, then that's not at all an issue, just reboot the device that's gonna work.
You can't i guess, fastboot / ADB modes requires theyve to enabled from settings /developer option. So it was looping / you can't do that either.
First tell me what build you were on before this took place.
Flashing the very next OTA[prior to that] via stock recovery will works sometimes.

@saichin n I have the same problem with my phone, I tried to use sp frashtool but as sp5297 the phone doesn't connect with the pc (it connects only when i do apply update from ADB). When i plug in the pc without battery it's just dead. My mobile is Karbonn Sparkle V
Edit: It started to bootloop me when i tried to start a game (soccer stars official). When i start it it just crashed the UI and i restarted it via power button
