Okay so i flashed my optimus c to cm7 but i forgot to backup stock nd now i want to go back to stock rom but i cant any suggestions plz it would help!

Hello is there any rom for LG D390n? The rom from LG sucks.. I found very much of roms for MS395 but i have D390n so it will not work Just any pure rom for LG F60.. Do you know some roms for this phone? thank you.
