yes i have installed cwm recovery. and you first read my problem correctly

That is the links and procedure of doing it. May be you not installed drivers. Check in Control Panel->Device Manager. Switch off and connect phone via usb cable. Then right click on yellow marked Mediatek in device manager and click update driver. Browse drivers and install it.

[GUIDE]Downgrade the undowngradeable phones

Hi guys,
I'm very prowed to say that I succesfully downgraded my phone.
I nearly tried everything and nothing worked, always blackscreen
when booting with the old gb bootloader.
The probleme is that some p920s need a special
x-loader and u-boot file which nobody backed up. I just
got them and now restoring to gb will work for everyone.
Use this files too if you've downgraded from su760 ics port
and your having problems with network.
How to make your phone work on gb again:
1. Download this and extract:
mmcblk0p1-4
2. flash complere bootv21e when you are on ics
3. then go into fastboot mode with wkparks omap tool
4. open cmd and go into the directory with the downloaded files
5. type:
fastboot flash u-boot u-boot.img
fastboot flash x-loader x-loader.img
fastboot reboot
6. fix your imei
hope it works for you for me worked nothing else
WOW its working Thank u very much

Half a hour I read xbsals post the one whiches phones don't boot
after flashing the gb bootloaders would need a special bin which nobody has
because nobody made a backup. But then I remembered my post in samnos thread about downgrading from wrong flashed ics leaks with my first 4 partitions attached.

berni987654321 I have to thank you I have been using your u-boot.img and x-loader.imgfor a number of weeks it's helped me out on numerous occasions btw I have flashed only u-boot.img and x-loader.img and not nv1 and nv2 and not had to restore IMEI.
using this -P920 Backup Of mmcblk0p1-4 - http://forum.xda-developers.com/atta...8&d=1347623892 (Thanks berni)
This is how I fixed my downgrade problems thanks to you http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=34622060&postcount=909

I had the same problem with internal memory, Booted into recovery and factoryreset/data/nvram wipe fixed it for me.
Thank you berni987654321
It works!
Now I'm sticking to GB until CM10 gets stable.
Should be a sticky imo given the amount of users unable to downgrade from ICS.

Hey guys, good news!!
ITS ALIVEEEE!!!!
Everything its OK!! Finally i could get back to GB with no problems, everything fine, no flaws, no mess...
The message "< waiting for device >" was because i was not on FAST BOOT, but on RECOVERY BOOT:
Just to clarify to someone who needs:
RECOVERY BOOT = no battery, volume UP press, connect USB, put battery (two arrows, sw upgrade)
FAST BOOT = no battery, volume DOWN press, connect USB, put battery (LG logo grayed)
After get into v21e, put usb in debug mode and flash your preferred KDZ or bin/FLS and be happy!
Thanks Berni... You are my hero!

You don't have to worry about getting the usb debugging on.... just make sure you connect the phone in flash mode... to do so press the volume down button and connect to your pc while the volume button is pressed... a green led will flash once stating that it has been connected in flash mode to the pc... make sure your pc has drivers installed for sony and flashmode and fastboot mode... to do so install flashtool and it will install the important drivers even if it doesn't then you can go to the installation directory of flash tool on your pc and install the flashmode drivers manually. after that it's an easy process to flash the firmware and this is not a custom rom this is the stock 4.4.4 firmware customized india version. PS don't use windows 8 use windows 7.
Thanks bro finally I got my working phinr back?

Once again I opened my cwm recovery option as usual and there I changed system (umnount) to mount and again try to flash this rom,,, and what I see the flashing process completely done without any error,,????? and my phone is on my hand in working condition with stock rom ? I just don't know that after mounting system ,everything goes perfect, without asking for these above given two error msg... [HELP]
I flashed this ROM on my phone, it does work.
But, when I go in CWM Recovery and format system, data, cache, etc. then flash this ROM, my phone gets stuck at the Sony logo screen.
Got any ideas why?
And, where can I get the stock ROM (which includes everything obviously, it must be more than 1 GB I guess)
Here is link bro it is( Indian ftf firmware)for Sony xperia E3 Dual[D2212] https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B3ji0QHsh0tkUk00M19Ma3lTX2M/view

You just need to flash boot.img in fastboot mode first to get yours working cwm recovery again, then you can flash this rom bro,I will attach working boot_D2212.img for you with cwm recovey,..

This link is from first page (OPs first page link post)
Already tried this, doesn't solve my problem but nvm.
It works for me bro, that's why I am sure about this firmware, you have downloaded D2212 boot img file first from net and then flash it,then you can get your cwm recovery back, and after that only you can flash this this rom,
My net slow now to can't attach d2212 boot imag flie here, may ne next time bro,the size of boot img is 15,326kb and 15326kb

That doesn't make sense really.
As long as we can get to fastboot mode and necessary drivers are installed, we can flash ROMs via fastboot.
And, if we can get to flash mode and drivers are installed then we can flash ROMs via flashmode.
Flashing boot.img only gets us to CWM Recovery.
But, I'll do as you said and post back

Not Booting after flash. Wiped everything and flashed with TWRP but it doesn't go over the Mi Bootscreen. Moreover it fails mounting /firmware partition, could this be the issue?

can u tell me how u install it cuz i try 8 times without success
After wiping Dalvik cache, system, data and cache just flash the Miui 10 rom file and after that flash the lazy flasher zip file. Then reboot It'll be take around 5-10 minutes to boot.
Here's the lazy flasher zip https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=529152257862700328
