I'm using the following S2 Galaxy,
Model : GT-I9100G
Android version : 2.3.6
Baseband version : I9100GDZKJ2
Kernel version : 2.6.35.7 [email protected]#2
I tried superoneclick & doomlord, and it doest work.
Please help me to guide me to root

Choice right version for your model to flash. Your model is Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 so it is P5110, not P5100.

1. Don't EVER flash random files from ODIN if you don't know what you are doing. What were you even trying to do by flashing that file?? If you want to root, all you need to do is install the CWM img using heimdall, with the --no-reboot flag, and flash cfroot zip. If you can't follow simple instructions or read about what you're flashing, stay on stock unrooted firmware

[Q] Samsung galaxy P1000 phone modem

Planning to upgrade my Samsung galaxy tab P1000 using this :
New Update release for Samsung Galaxy Tab P1000 with AOKP ICS Android 4.0 Firmware
but the procedure need to specify the phone modem. Could you please help me what modem should i download or use here in the Philippines? thank you. I'm just new on android so i just follow carefully step by step procedure as instructed to avoid mistake.

Hello - I am looking for help, knowledge and support, I would like an up to date/current set of instructions - how to guide - for rooting and installing stable and well supported custom rom for my SGT 2 7.0 GT-P3113 with 4.2.2.
Any Suggestions??
I have found a few how to- youtube videos with download links, however download links were broke and couldn't download all the files needed to get started based on that video guide. I am new to this and would really appreciate some advise and help.
