Use ICS based Custom Launchers like Nova, Apex etc. for enabling transparency in App Drawer, so your menu background won't be black anymore.

Well any wallpaper I got from zedge if you use their set option you won't have to crop.

Can't get the icons to theme using apex. Only the wallpaper changes when I choose the theme. I can manually change the homescreen icons though.

Don't think posting links to paid play store items is allowed on XDA.

You can't change the theme directly from theme dashboard or from apex launcher?

Promoting the paid apps on xda is allowed. I am not the first that I am doing that.
Please feedback if you have any problems with the theme.I will try to fix it on next version.

im using GO Launcher with accuwheater widget with theme packs from dcikonz, it looks cool on my tab, especially if your a3000 color is black its really match with the theme.

I'm using Nova Launcher with MIUI V5 icon pack. Little bit mod with Gravitybox (status bar, navigation bar).

Using target home launcher with slide launcher as Default.....
Audax theme for icons.....
Xperia clock widget and overlays to display the widget only for slide launcher.....

lenovo A 3000 with a new home
