IidaHome launcher and Themes

I. Iida Home apk
1. I found iidahome apps for 240dip on this blog. http://nene.ni-moe.com/Entry/60/
You can download flashable zip file, but you have to remove Home.apk, IidaWeather.apk from the zip.
Home.apk : It is useless for using Iida Home, and you'll see FC message when you change your phone system.(installing a new app, etc)
IidaWeather.apk : It is available only Japanese area.
Now, I made another flashable zip http://www.mediafire.com/?2aj3ykp8lgsac0a for CWM recovery.

2. a)If you are using SE stock Rom, you have to delete system/app/SemcGallery3D.apk and SemcDeskclock.apk in order to use the iidahome without an error.

d) How to update your Rom without resetting the iidahome.
Extract iida_240dip_CWM.zip on your laptop.
Extract a update.zip(rom file) on your laptop.
Go to iida_240dip_CWM/system/app and copy all apps, and then go to update/system/app and paste those files.
Zip update.
- Make sure this is available an update of the same Rom. (MIUI 1.11.11 -> MIUI 1.11.18, CM nightly5 ->CM nightly6, CM FXP45 ->CM FXP46)

Hey, how about widget? I can't see the place for adding widget. Supposedly when you slide to the right and you can have a place for all widget right? But in your version I can't find any..

Can anybody teach me how to install and what to download Step By Step ? Thank You . Will It Wipe My Data ? How to install Theme ? If I Want To Get Back To My Original MIUI How Can I Do That ?

Installation
Just download the respective file according phones specification, don’t extract them and just place them into the root directory of your phone’s SD Card. You must also know that the weather widget will only work on your device if you have installed the TW launcher as well.
Step 1: First of all, create a Nandroid backup of your existing ROM so that you are on the safe side.
Step 2: Next, clear the Dalvik cache by going to the “wipe Dalvik cache”.
Step 3: Now, from the main recovery menu, select “install zip from sdcard” then select “choose zip from sdcard” and then select the zip file.
Step 4: When the installation completes, just reboot your phone.

The launcher is good, but not great no customization options, app drawer opening is too quick nd looks sluggish on my xperia x10 And the gap between dock and app rows consumes alot of valuale space. Not for low end devices

if your app drawer is opening too quickly
add some transition effects and animations by
go to
phone settings-developer options
put on the developer options
then
enable
window animation
transition animation
animation dyration
all to 1.5x
then reboot
now u will have lot better launcher enhancement

This launcher doesn't work with MIUI v5. With this ROM you need to address the setting DISPLAY - PREFERRED LAUNCHER to change the default launcher and although Touchwiz Home is present in the list you cannot select it, like you can MIUI launcher, MOTORAZR launcher and Xperia Launcher (those all work with MIUIv5).
Anyone know a solution?

My phone is LG Optimus 4X HD Powered by OmniRom 4.4.2
and ART Mode
This BlinkFeed launcher doesn't work in my phone..
OTL..

ART is not supported at the moment .
This is the Official APK available at Play Store that I have shared.
Using Dalvik will let u use these with ease.
I am hugely enjoying it on my Unrooted Nexus 5 with Everything working.

But if u tap the Home and set BF as default page, your location and weather will work.

Hi. Great work. But few problems, first of all there isn't any choice of color. Second of all home screen grid isn't right, look at the icons here
Also there isn't any way to add widgets.

Secondly go to root explorer , Build.prop change the DPI by 20 Pixels more, save and exit to get icons properly inclined.
It isnt easy for anyone to correct PPI for every Phone.
Now The Bengali Lad... I think the ones posted in XDA are not for Unrooted Phones... So take it , install , and comment on it. Problems with Boghdha Bangalis.

there r some file missing in your apk so sign it properly

This mod will theme your system ui (phone interface, icons, etc). But before you can use it you must install Xposed Framework and Xtheme Engine [root required]

How to install QMG file boot anims?:
1. Backup original bootsamsung.qmg and bootsamsungloop.qmg at
system > media. and rename it to e.g 'bootsamsung.qmg.bak'
2. Copy CM10.1 modded 'bootsamsung.qmg' and 'bootsamsungloop.qmg' to
"media" folder
3. Set the new bootanimation file permission to rw- r-- r--
4. Reboot and Enjoy!
That's it! Your phone now looks more like AOSP / CyanogenMod.

I disagree with the launcher part, the aosp is too boring and can't remove Google bar and can't make folders or hide apps whereas apex or nova are battery and ram eaters.
I prefer and advise to use "Epic Launcher" or "Epic Launcher Prime" as they are based on aosp 4.4 and are better than any standalone launcher.

XthemeEngine does not work for me, it says that i have to install Xposed framework, but i already have installed it!

Press de back button and you are done that's what i do when that message appears

For me,stock TouchWiz launcher is better than default android launcher.

FULL THEMES INSTRUCTIONS:
Rooted devices:
Install theme apk.
With your root file manager go to data/overlays/preference.
delete that whole folder.
Then go to data/overlays/jsonfiles and transfer the files from the trialjson folder to the userjson folder.
Reboot and apply the theme.

Another method:
-download the theme apk
-install it
-go to theme store and start the trial
-then go to titanium backup and put in search "theme"
-freez,wipe data and cache of the theme store
-freez,wipe data and cache of the theme settings (its named theme 4.0.0 and has settings logo)
in this method ur downloaded theme will stay and time of the trial will not continue working

Non rooted devices:
The newest package disabler versions wont let you disable the theme store but if you download "PACKAGE DISABLER PREMIUM VER 6.3" apk from google you only check on both theme store and theme service then clear data from both services and themes will stay applied sadly you have to do this everytime you reboot your phone but it is worth it.

Another Method for non rooted device:
Use BK Packet Disabler 2.2.
1. Clear Data (by click on Clear button) of Theme Center] and [Theme Store ]
2. Download paid themes
3. Disable all Services of [Theme Center] and [Theme Store] by go [Detail package dialog] and click on [Services] button.
4. Finally, disable Packages (apps) of [Theme Center] and [Theme Store]

S8 theme installed, but not showing in themes section (secthemechooser),

It's is showing....
As u see that PL v1.2 has Theme Store....soo u have to choose themes from My Themes after u install my Theme !

I am using aditya s7 rom v3, but the s8 theme is not showing in theme section
I think for showing the theme in theme section, that file should be changed, the file is system/csc/theme_app_list.xml, right?

I am using Noble Rom v2.1 also there is theme store
so no need to flash theme store ???
Just download the theme and Apply i am Right ??

You shld have Theme Store which PL v1.2 has.....well I will make Theme for SecThemeChooser2 soon !
