Quick note to both of you. Could you both edit your signatures so that in total they are less than 400px in height. Thats inclusive of text & images.
Thanks.

As the title indicates, I was wondering if someone could possibly edit/mod the Launcher2.apk found in CM 5.0.6 to add more home screens preferably 7 if not more. I'm sure there are other people that would like this feature but I dont not know how to do it otherwise I would.
And YES I know about HelixLauncher2 but I do not like that launcher because it does not have the 5 column tray and seems to not fling through the app list as fast as Launcher2 from CM. Although it does have the short cuts which is nice but I dont like how it does not have the dots to show which screen you are on.
Here are 2 ways I've found from other Launchers that you could incorporate the addition of more home screens.

Hi guys and girls.
just thought id give the app "Overlays" a mention.
Basically it allows you to float any of your installed widgets on top of your screen so that they are still visible when using your apps/browser etc.
The app also allows you to size and set the transparency of the widgets.
Its really easy to use and there is a lite version for you to play with - see more at the XDA portal thread.....
Overlays Thread
Its pretty cool and well worth a shout, especially for us tablet owners :good:

Here is a snap of this thread, you can see my bookmark widget on the right and also my Sonos player widget just below it

And please click Thanks to him in his thread to encourage him. He is a very nice and helpful developer always reply to all questions and fix things so quickly.
I tested it on S5 Launcher on my S4 and it is working great (one thing if you use S5 launcher put the theme of launcher to basic)
Thanks for sharing!
I like Shadow! XIcon is the app will help you add Icon with Shadow to your launcher.
Please notice that it's ALPHA only now, everything may changes, and it's my first app, I am a noob to Android development, so this app will MUST be buggy

How to use:
Pick the Xicon widget in your launcher, then select your icon, and shadow style.
Changelog
0.0.1 - ALPHA release.
Great idea buddy!
Why it stop working? Kitkat here..
I can add it as a widget but nothing appears (transparency is ok here). Not showing anything.
So when I delete the widget it says: Xicon stopped.
Nice idea but I guess need Nova support

New update AVAILABLE. Now, you can access CAMERA from lockscreen
When the lockscreen is activated simply Hold the camera symbol & slide left to quickly launch the camera. EASY right ?
