Hey guys when ever i take my tf300 out of it dock it either reloads the webpage or if im playing a game it sends me back to the home screen, is this normal and is there a way to stop it ????
something similar happens with mine - asus needs to address this. however I think that it may be fixed in an update - i'm stuck on .17

It has happened to me also, don't mind it though.

It's an unfortunate bug and happens with ALL transformers (Including my tf101). There's AFAIK no way to fix, and trust me I've looked Dx
It's extremely annoying to me when I'm riding in the car or on a bus (bumps and whatnot) and it disconnects from the dock constantly.
its not big problem its just annoying sometimes lol

Yes, happened also to me but it's only a little bug!
It seems HD apps handle this better, so I'm assuming for now that it's in the app's coding.
would mean that asus cant fix it its up to the devs???

Yep, per app devs, unless ASUS finds some sort of workaround.
I just found this in my sdcard/ download folder (. When installed it said something about higher power consumption, and didnt do anything other than have a notification. No idea what or where this came from The app itself is called Asus Demo.. AD_TF300T_Experience_noText_V2.7.apk Any ideas?
My guess is that it is a retail store demo mode.

Its a demo app showing a video of the TF300 and how the whole thing works.
When you switch it on the app works by pressing the power button. So instead of the screen switching off it starts the video instead. Its great if you want to drain your battery
Hey,
Today I was really tired and needed some sleep in class, so I recorded my maths class if I needed it later while I slept. I recorded it in 1080p so it would be easier to read the stuff on the board. But when reviewing it I noticed the longer into the video I watched the more out of sync the audio became, until eventually it looked like she was miming. Also there was some flickering sort of thing going on, I don't know if this is normal since I'm no expert on cameras.

I have some of the same issue, mainly the video flickering. I've used VLC and the stock player but both without any success. I watch a lot of stuff in 1080p with both video players without any problem so it doesn't seem to be an issue with the player. I have also noticed that regardless of the lenght I have the same problem and that if I transfer the video to a different system the video plays fine (even through a web brouser). So I tried to disable all the syncs and autoupdates and increased the preformnce to the maximum but without any improvements. When I first got the tablet everything worked flawlessly. Is it an update issue?
Thanks for any suggestions.
Hi. I've had a problem since day one where when viewing pictures in any browser, the screen crops the picture when scrolling down .. Anyone else experience this, and if so what is the solution ?
thanks!

Thanks, now have youtube in fullscreen when connected to dock :good:
This only happens when the device is docked. If you remove it from the dock the full screen button will appear again. It sucks thow...
Easiest fix i found is to uninstall updates to youtube app and it works fine. ill update again with the next version and if they dont have it fixed... ill just dump those updates as well
