Here I come with this thread as requested by some peeps....Here not only me but anyone can share their own wallpapers by keeping these few rules in mind:
* No paid photos or artworks as they mean alot for their authors....
* No copyright protected material [Only freeware available on google/tumblr etc]
* Image should have minimum quality so that we can see it with naked eye
If you post girls wallpapers then;
* No exposing in the photo
* No porn sites watermarked photos
And last but not the least;
Please upload maximum four wallpapers per post...This will not bloat the thread and it can be seen easily from our small touch screens too...
Please follow the rules and let everyone enjoy...
If you don't wanna post just want to get walls here I am...I have thousands of them now and growing day by day...So I'm anyway going to share....:highfive:

Hope you enjoy them, I used HDWall and I was quite pleased with the result, I cant remember exactly where I got the images from (deviantart probably) but I claim no ownership over them and it all goes to the respective owners

This is the official Nexus One wallpaper thread
There are similar threads for other phones but not the Nexus One, so now there is.
Please use this thread just to post wallpapers, use other pertinent threads for other queries/requests.
I have attached a bunch of different kinds of wallpapers that I have collected since I started using the Nexus One.
A couple of overlays are also included, courtesy of H0CKEY. I have edited them to fit the Nexus One.
I am not the creator of these wallpapers. I simply edited/re-sized them for an optimized look on the Nexus One. All credit goes to the original creators.
For best results, use the free app 'Wallpaper Set and Save', it gets rid of the gradient banding and colors look much crisp compared to using the stock gallery.

Hi, as I could not find that many when using the "1600 x 1280" (the optimal size for scrollable backgrounds) in google picture search, I tried it with 1600 x 1200 - there you can find plenty of them.

If you look at my post above (Post 6) you will notice I recommend the use of Picspeed HD Wallpapers 50,000+
It is truly an excellent product.

I used few of your pictures... Really amazing. Thanks a lot. But the problem is when I use it as a lock screen wallpaper I'm able to see alternating bands of varying brightness in the blackish area other than the coloured picture. But when I use the same picture as the wallpaper I don't have any problem. Can anyone solve my problem?

Couple of mine which I found here and there, they all have height of 1280 and variable width around 1400 (not strictly 800).
Very very nice all these dark wallpapers...
Good to have them as a choise...
