When did Verizon change so we can talk on the phone and surf at the same time?

Probably about five years ago. I used to do It on my HTC eris

Thunderbolt was the first to allow simultaneous voice and data on 3g. You maybe have been on WiFi on the eris.

I thought att's claim to fame was to be the only carrier to accomplish this.

Well AT&T figures if you're dumb enough to pay to be on their network you're probably also dumb enough to believe that too....
If you are/were an AT&T customer I mean no offense, I'm just not a fan

I think those commercials are for the iPhone 5. I believe it has something to do with the Verizon iPhone not being able to do it.

I believed it and until now still believed it. Didn't stop me from dumping AT&T two years ago.

Costco Epic Failure

The Costco website currently says the New Huawei Mytouch Q is running android 4.0 ICS. When you click on the phone and look at the information about it, it says currently running android 2.3 Gingerbread. Wow Costco. Epic Fail
That's cool. Another worthless post

It's just that some people get annoyed when the forums get clogged up with threads like these.
And I'm fairly sure that was just a typo.

At least the OP used the noun "failure" as opposed to the verb "fail" that many others seem to use.

Dude. You don't need to show off a failure. Its just a typo. Nothing too bad about it. It is useless, and not funny at all. This post is being reported and stop spamming the boards with useless threads. If you wanna try and post this, do it at off topics, and the closest already made thread is about tech fails and dumb tech questions. Inb4l. You must be new here.

You have to opt in but you'd go on the Verizon wireless website, the privacy clause....ask you what you want to do, I've opt out so long can't remember now.

I find it rather disgusting that verizon offers you a coupon for your personal information. Google just invited our family into a similar thing but they mailed 5 real dollars. And you get a $100 gift card per month if you let them install a router in your house to track data usage.
So how does that wonderful coupon look now? And to think your info is worth hundreds if not thousands of dollars to them.
Hello and welcome to the data mining that is as old as the internet. Nothing new here other than giving you the choice to opt out.
I hope that none of the people here on their soap boxes, complaining about this ever use Facebook... they do this ALL the time and rarely let you know... let alone opt out.
If they traded whoring out your info for a discount off your bill or a upgrade in half the time that would be better than a ****ing coupon. Pricks.
Better and funnier than your tapatalk signature
I'm just shocked that people pretend to be shocked over this.

[Q] Can I use my verizon contact phone as a donor for ppc and still us the phone

Hi, I flashed my mom's galaxy s3 to page plus but only 1x data. I have my own galaxy s3 on contact and I was wondering can I use it as the donor and still use it as my phone. Or would it be illegal cloning. I'd like to know as fast as possible. Both phones are verizon.

I know how to get it I just wanna know if it is a good Idea to us my verizon contract phone. The one I use every day and use its key to give to my mom's phone. With out it being illegal cloning

Ok, I don't think you would be able to. I would get another device to do it. I used the i500.
From what I understand the secret keys are very specific to the device and not general

[Q] Talk to me like I"m stupid

Regarding upgrading and unlimited data.
I currently have 2 lines on my plan: mine (S3), and my dad (basic phone). We are both due for an upgrade. If I use my dad's upgrade, then transfer the smartphone to my line, will I keep the unlimited data? We both have upgrades available, so I'm a little worried that they'll try to make me use mine.
You're stupid.

Are you saying the S5 will only be on Sprint in the US? If so, that's not going to happen. It'll be on all the major carriers, just as the rest of the Galaxy line is.
nope...

Obviously, the S% will be on the major US carriers. A simple search would have garnered this answer.
