Doesn't really seem like something that could be found with a Google search unless the question has been answered somewhere else. Yes, cameras are available everywhere. Even on your n5 or most phones. Use it

I'd definitely say it's not trusted based on the link NewYork posted. I'd stick with either Google play or Amazon for apps
