has anyone came acroos an iOS based theme for explorer which actually works on cm9 build 9......if yes then plzzz provide me the link cuz i cant find a working version..........

In miui v4 revised there is a theme

i downloaded the playe store one bt it gives error "Theme not compiled properly""

SMS Time Stamp Problem

Can anybody help me how to solve the sms time stamp problem of my pico. I've been usig my pico for almost five months now and it was only last week when it started to receive text messages with the stamp not in order. I mean, if somebody send messages the first one is in correct time but the succeeding messages are already have a different time stamps.
I did already ask my network provider and they don't have a problem with their time zones. Any help will be much appreciated.

Same problem with me I'm also confused !!! I now ignore it you also try to ignore, looks like a carrier bug to me!!

Yeah, at first I thought it was a carrier bug but seem to be htc's messaging problem, 'cause when I tried flashing other non-sense roms said problem doesn't exist.

clock offset
carrier time will be different from the exact time by a few seconds . download clocksync to sync the exact time .

Problem exists even on cm9, sense 4 for me its obviously a carrier bug in my case

download clocksync . and sync exact time .

Yeah guess its a carrier bug in your case,cause whenever I flash modded roms the problem disappears.

Try to flash a non-sense rom or try to install a 3rd party sms app. 'Coz if it isn't a carrier problem that would resolve it. :beer:

facebook for htc sense

I am using sense 4.0 build 6.. I am wondering if any how I can get facebook for htc sense installed on that.

Why not. Just extract the required files from the backup. De-odex it. Re-program it for your rom. Re-compile it. And install it.
Sounds easy, but practically isn't.

Sound's complicated..... I m a rookie... Can u provide a zip file to flash this facebook 4 htc sense .???

The process i said. Thats the framework you need to follow, basically. If you succeed, you get an apk file at the end, which you can install.

how to de-odex and recompile??

Have a look at these, you'll get some idea & also do some more researching...

The second link will help you greatly. After you get the source file, build it with target API level of your rom, i suppose it will be 15.
Other way around, ask derefas to do something about it. He made it, he'll know it better.

Which is the most stable ROM in JB, ICS and GB category...??

Can you guys please list out which ROM you think is the best in all three categories i.e. Android versions. From Gingerbread to Jellybean..???

Cm9 is stable but has wifi toggle issue. And u have to try urself which is best rom

NextGen Rom, a stock gingerbread(2.3.5) based custom rom.. using it for about 4 months now(feedup on flashing roms again and again :silly:), gingerbread is simple to simplify, good battery life, stable, fast, no problems, it covers my necessity since i dont play games a lot, just calls, txt and internet, GB is enough for me.. but if you want cutting edge android versions as others stated, cm9 and cm10 is worth a try..

If you look how this thread went, you see why we don't allow those comparison threads. They quickly change into a trollfest with some guys promoting their own stuff and others bashing roms and whatever.

It worked for me on Sense Roms i.e.
Exderoid Sense 5 Build#3.5 by Arslankirmani
Sense 5 EX [Update 1][BUILD#6-V1] by Hpsgill
Dint check on other Rom's like CM...

it worked in android 4.3.1

using it in my htc explorer

CM 10.2 weekly 6, working awesome.

I tested it on AOKP 4.2.2 and CM10.2 .. Weekly 6 as well as the one by sakindia123.. works well..
Though it has a lot of wakelocks causing a lot of battery drain . :crying:

Try weekly 8. Battery drain is fixed. Still at 20% after 17 hours.

it's say incompatible on google play, so i install it manually using bbm apk, run smooth :victory:

worked for me
i m using 4.0 lite build 8 worked for me though lil bit slow but manageable..

It works on CM9. I had used it for some time. I believe all 4.0+ ROMS support it.
