Hey guys I have a new atrix hd with bell just did the maxxx battery hack love to so amazing, next I am looking to root to use some root only apps I know there's not any roms ect yet I am currently running the original ics I guess and it's asking me to upgrade to the new jellybean, do I upgrade to it is there a root available or get it rooted like it is now and just don't do the update?
I've seen the thread on the atrix exploit just wondering if or when to do it

I have tried looking for Matts RazrHD Utility to flash back to stock, but I can't seem to find version 1.10 in order to flash to ICS 4.0.4. I have no idea what I'm doing with a Moto Device. Can anyone lend me a hand? I just want to flash back so I can get this thing rooted again and up to the latest version. I shoulda never snagged that 4.1.1 update manually. xD

To answer my own question, just use RAZR HD UTILITY 1.21.
Just so you know I have an australia version of the Motorola Razr V (XT885). But unfortunately, it's been updated to JB 4.1.2 so the root method for ICS couldn't be completed on my device, I'm really really grateful if anyone can help me root this phone.

Thanks. I'm a lapdock owner with an Atrix HD which should be getting KitKat soon. I don't want to upgrade if it doesn't work and I'll be unable to downgrade to ICS and use it.
On one droid maxx I had updated to SU6-7.3 after which I had downgraded to SU6-7.2 and then to SU6-7 to root it with CrashXXL method. Another droid maxx is updated till SU6-7.7, and I want to downgrade it to root it. I've heard that I cannot downgrade it which means I cannot root it. Please can anyone help me through the process, can it be downgraded or can I root it on current firmware?
