I hope you are as supportive.
Btw the build that is going on isn't guaranteed to boot, because it's just the device configuration straight from cyanogenmod.
Flash if you want when it's done, but don't expect much yet

Sure will! Also, if this works... Could you use some optimizations? Linaro, GCC, -o3 etc?

I don't tend to do optimizations like this, but maybe when I've actually downloaded source to my pc, I'll look into it
I'm also hoping to create a new kernel, but you'll have to wait for that one. Not spilling any beans about it yet

Yes as long as you have the gingerbread OS, you are qualified.! Is there development on your phone.??

Yup plenty
How do you plan to distribute?
You make a rom, and leave it others to port, or do you make a source and let others do builds?

What device do you have, and what type of device is it (tablet or phone) tablets will (in most cases based on my past development experience with them) require some more time, but if your device has a custom recovery, or a way to flash custom images such as rktool for rk2918 devices, then your good to go dude .!

For one, it will be more ICS based (beyond the extent of a "themed" cm rom because that wouldn't be good enough IMO) so for example, the recent apps carousel, a music app built by us (later release, though), and a lot more. For the sake of the fact that I am on the xda app, it would take forever to type this stuff, but just know that it will be an awesome experience.! ill put out a full features list soon.!

Rom has no credits, no screenshots, no explanation of what rom it is, port or source, op is a few lines, no looking to see if permission was given, etc, etc, etc
This all needs to be fixed ASAP or thread will be unapproved until you wish to fix this. Take a look at a few of the established op's around here..... What do they look like? Nothing like this. If you can take the time to build a rom(winzip) then at least take the time to do things correctly.
I am keeping an eye on this thread and looking for either a response or a pm and I don't mean next week either.
Thanks

Hey bro,im not trying to come across as a ****,but we as devs need to respect the rules and show gratitude towards the ones that lead us and give us the tools to do what we do,with that being said,if you need any help,dont hesitate to hit me up here or on gtalk [email protected].
GUMMY
Gummy ROM is made for speed, stability and to stay as closely in line with AOSP as possible while still supporting a large amount of devices and giving you all of the features you love. It isn’t slowed down by features you’ll never use nor is it so slim as to be just another AOSP build.
Features:
* New base built from AOSP
* Status Bar Mods
* Theme Manager
* Hardware Key Mod
* Lock Screen Mod
* Many Wallpapers
* Performance Control
* Application Permission Controls
* Carrier Label Options
* Background Style
* Lock clock widget
Instructions for installations:
DO NOT USE TWRP. ONLY THE LATEST CLOCKWORK MOD
1. Download ROM
2. Download Gapps
3. Push to sdcard
4. Reboot Recovery
5. Wipe Data and Cache
6. Install ROM
7. Install Gapps
8. Reboot System
Contributions:
* Thank you to Cyanogenmod for device and hardware repositories. Without this, porting Gummy to QCOM devices would have been nearly impossible.
* Thank you to Google for the best source code.
* androidfilehost.com for hosting our file servers!
*Thank you to rhcp and the other developers at #lg-g2-dev for helping bring this device up to 4.4. It was a group effort.
