For paranoid settings you will need to install super user first through recovery aka root ur phone.
How to install?
Just like any usual rom
Factory reset from twrp
wipe cache, delvik cache and system
Flash the zip file and then boot.img using fastboot.
flash Google apps.

camera problem is present in u-ra's kernel, so cant do anything about it.
The phone will reboot when opening camera app

its still based of cm, im not sure if aosp source is public yet, and you should be able to just wipe cache if the other dev used cm source
