Hey Guys,
I'm from Germany, and I want to install the New ICS custom Rom.
Now I'm running latest cm7 nightly.
My problem is that i don't understand all these guides
I dont really understand when to put battery out or in, and I have to say that a friend of Mine put cm7 on my P920, so please can anyone make a full step by step guide from flashing to the ics custom Rom?
If anyone could make it, i would be very happy!

Is it possible to flash a custom rom without root? If so, where can I find one?
Thanks for your help!

No. No custom roms unless you're rooted and unlocked. The closest you'll get are flashing Verizon factory stock roms via Odin, but those are not rooted.

What is your purpose to use custom rom without root?? Custom rom, by default required root for all the modded apps to work.

Umm, why?
I'm new and just trying to learn, that's all. I come from I phone. The S3 un-rooted can already do more than a jailbroken iphone. Almost like learning a new language with the Android and rooting.
