I HAVE TRIED ALMOST ALL ROMS FROM ICS TO JB.
ALL THE UI ARE ALMOST SAME(STOCK LOOK:crying.. EXPECT WHEN S.E.M.I rom FIRST INTRODUCE DIFFERENT BACKGROUND RATHER THEN THE BLACK ONE.. WHICH WAS VERY NICE . MAKING SOMETHING GOOD LOOK TO THE PREVIOUS STOCK UI.
BUT I WAS VERY MUCH INTERESTED IN TRANSPARENT/ANIMATED NOTIFICATION BAR OR SOMETHING ELSE IN THE NOTIFICATION BAR LIKE THE LINK :

different ppl, different tastes if u are taking requests can u please make the same theme with white status bar and different status bar icons? battery, network, wifi, usb etc. even the stock icons will do fine. i actually prefer "normal" looking icons. im still using ur gingerway theme, by the way
PS: Can i know which font u r using? looks great. would love to have that too :-D

one more thing you can also use uot kitchen if you want different icons.

I have a rooted Motorola Triumph running CM7
I dislike the default notification bar. I'd like one that looks a little more like a actual bar, not just a black square.
Do I need to make one myself, and if so, how is that done, or can I flash other notification bar mods designed for other phones?
I have no desire for a complete mod, all I want to change is the notification bar.

I bought a few CM themes and 2 of them use coloured status bar icons. They work fine; but if I use the great Tinted Status Bar for Xposed the clock and the battery became white..
It's a great issue, to me, 'cause that white is really awful!
The themes developer says it's a CM-11 bug, but TSB just released a new version with a mod to make the battery working; this version is the 1.8.9.5, experimental version..
Does someone use themes and TSB together? The themes I'm having issue with are Slim UI and Kreatur UI, both by Screelincious (also know as Nikolai Prettner).
ATM the only real solution I found is to remove battery and clock from status bar.. [emoji21]

If I just checked Statusbar Iconcolors in GravityBox it worked for me. But for now I chose not to use TSB.

Can I ask you what your TSB version did you used and if you set some option for this module?
TSB itself has an option to manually set a color for the status bar tint and icons color.. Do you also change that or just GB option?

I had the latest release of TSB (no beta), and I think I did not change any setting in TSB. In GB I just toggled the Statusbar IconColors and centered the clock.

Ok, I looked at your themes, but I hadn't a theme with colored statusbar icons. But I had the problem of the white clock and battery.

I wanted to post this as a new thread after i googled a lot for the solutions.
I still cant figure out , in the miui 7 demos the status bar and notification toggles are translucent, but am i the only one who gets grey colour in their status bar and notification shade? I even tried almost every xposed module like blurred UI and flat style, immersive etc but no results . I always wanted to see it since miui6 pls reply to this thread and help me out with the query .

You're using the Global ROM it seems. To get the translucent notification shade, you gotta flash the China ROM.
