After the releasing of many roms like dark angle,deception 2k, mad cow,crysis,etc. I had also thinks to release new rom with something new and different. So this rom was created by taking base
rom as DARK ANGEL. You can also see screen shots of u-nexia. Many new and remodded features is being applied. Credits goes to many peoples , you can check out CREDITS SECTION.

2. New modified You-tube app to wtach hd videos easily that are not allowed by default you-tube app.
3. Old Dialer updated with new UI.
4. Old smileys removed with new hookup smileys.
5. Transparent Status bar and new icon with cool notification bar(old but still in trend).
6. Customized for gaming also -
I tried everything which is possible till now and avaliable on internet for our device.
i. v sync is being disabled but if there is still lag and battery is going with high rate then it will automatically enabled.
ii. you can increase fps with game booster.
iii. entropy can be enabled via seeder.
iv. i/o schedulers being disabled to increase overall performance.
v. more features is being applied via pimp my rom on various tests.
7. GPS configuration is being updated.
8. Internet,wifi,2d force rendering,gpu rendering,better picture and video quality and other tweak's are applied.
9. lighter and fast rom and it depends on how you use.
10. Most system app configured with overall theme .
11. New unexia boot animation and shutdown animation added.
12. Pre rooted rom.
13. New and cool framework animation applied.
14. Dpi settled at 210 for better and convenient look. if you don't like u can change yourself by editing build.prop .

FIXED- so please install new updated google services.It will automatically pop up and ask you to install Google play services.So install it and open it through menu again. Why not you make your own rom and use as your personal use. Do whatever you want to do in your rom. This ROM is for all the peoples not specially for you, you don't like move ahead and don't bother us. Fake user - mana1796. and thanks for appreciation.

plz help me..i like ur rom very much..bt tried to install it and when restarting after install there is white animation and after sometime complete white screen..is it normal??i switched back to dark angel rom..plz help........

Thanks for compliments ... I want to know something that:
1. Is rom running correctly ?
2. Does Bootanimation appear ?
I think you should try to download again may be error occurred during download and please follow all the steps "HOW TO INSTALL" as given in the thread... Actually white screen appears for me during rom development but i already fix that bug... no one reported about white screen.. thanks for your feedback... i will try again to fix that bug...
please make sure that :

FORMAT /data.
Select WIPE DALVIK-CACHE from advanced
during installation...

swapper is not working fine
Bro I recently upgraded my rom from cynogen mod 7 to unexia rom but the way swapper works in cm 7 is not working on this rom why can we have a soln?

I would like to recommend you to use ram-expander its native of swapper, its overall UI and mangement is better than swapper. So try RAM EXPANDER rather than swapper2. It will work fine

notification bar has problem
whenever I open the notification bar while playing my power amp player it snooz for a while why

the long version: i thought Gitaxian was good, but this even better! gps and wifi have been working smoothly enough (though because you got rid of maps, i couldn't test the gps to my satisfaction). the transparent apps were a nice touch (but youtube updated itself and became like stock and now i have both facebook AND purple transparent).

Sorry it took about 36 pages before I gave in my share of the report. Great job on this ROM, This ROM is amazing, So far among the one's I've tried, This definitely hit the check boxes in my book.

Some ROM's tend to collaborate what seem's cool, what user's would enjoy, but this ROM has exactly what I need to get the job done. Camera.apk opens faster in the 2.1 release and everything seem's to be in place.

How to Install
BEFORE FLASHING MAKE A NANDROID BACKUP USING CWM RECOVERY
Thank you crazbanditz for the detailed explanation!
Part 1 - Clean flash of XXKPH (Skip Part 1 if you have already on XXKPH)
1. Firstly, Download the link from spacebar's XXKPH Feedback thread.
2. Run Odin3 v1.83
3. Set your phone to download mode : Press Volume down + OK first, then hold Power button.
4. Connect your phone, you should see Odin shows your phone is Added with COM number.
5. Click PIT button and select this file: latona_20110114.pit
6. You should see Re-Partition, Auto Reboot and F. Reset Time checked.
7. Click PDA button and select this file: CODE_I9003XXKPE_CL409735_REV08_user_low_ship.tar
8. Click PHONE button and select this file: MODEM_I9003XXKPE_REV_00_CL1041909.tar
9. Click BOOTLOADER button and select this file: APBOOT_I9003XXKPE_CL409735_REV08_user_low_ship.tar
10. Click CSC button and select this file: GT-I9003-CSC-MULTI-OXAKPE.tar
11. Click Start button to flash these files to phone.
12. Do not touch anything till you see PASS on the program window.
13. Turn off the phone and set it back into download mode once you get an initial first boot to homescreen. Do not set up anything, Just power off and set to download mode.
Note: You only need to flash once to XXKPE before proceeding to XXKPH
14. In Odin, press Reset button. Re-partition should be unchecked automatically.
15. Select file I9003XXKPH_I9003XXKPH_I9003SERKPH_HOME.tar as PDA
16. Click on Start to flash XXKPH PDA to phone
17. Once you have flashed, after the phone started up, press *#1234# and check your PDA,Phone and CSC, everything should ended with KPH
18. Reflash if you find camera does not work.
19. Factory reset
Part 2 -Installation of the CRANIUM rom
1. Install CF Root, you can refer to the post here for the CF Root:

2. Copy the custom ROM into your external sd card.
3. Boot into your Clockwork Mod Recovery
4. Choose install zip from sdcard ==》 choose zip from sdcard ==》Then select the CRANIUM rom to install.
5. After the installation is complete, reboot and you will now have the CraniumRom installed.
6. WIPE DALVIK CACHE
7. Done!
TO install v1.0,download only that file and install
To install v1.1,first install v1.0,and then install v1.1
TO install v2.0,download only that file and install(no need previous versions)
TO install v2.1,download only that file and install(no need previous versions)
TO install v2.2,download only that file and install(no need previous versions)
To install v2.2(hotfix),first install v2.2,and then install v2.2(hotfix)
TO install v3.0,download only that file and install(no need previous versions)

Really great features combined in single rom. And I am really surprised that u are only 16 yrs old. I really appreciate ur work bro. I have a small suggestion that u can remove usb otg modules. Because only including usb otg modules will not work our phone as usb otg. Still its developement is in progress.

honestly speaking... miui, wp7 are kinda overdone...
AOSP gingerbread or sense would be something different for the whole i9003 scene because we do not have any sense based mods or UI mods !!

@sakindia123: I am using TW4.5 since quite some time and find it quite good. It seems like combination of MIUI and ADW (specially when using with vallemod theme). It offers speed as well as eyecandy. Obviously it's my opinion and other may differ. My suggestion will be to include two launchers.. one as eyecandy and other one for sheer speed and robustness. That will satisfy many souls... . Finally its your creation and your choice matter.

INSTALLATION GUIDE:
Root your phone. If already rooted, proceed to the next step.(How to root or unroot Galaxy Y-click here)
Make sure that you're on Stock kernel. Stock = Factory version ( The kernel that came while buying the phone). If you haven't changed kernel, ignore this warning.
If your'e NOT on Stock kernel, either flash stock kernel, or open the JELLYBLASTV3.signed.zip on your pc, delete boot.img from it, and then flash the zip. In that way, you'll be able to use ANY kernel you already have.However,it is always advisable to start from stock in order to eliminate any possible runtime errors.
Remove a2sd or data2sd and format your 2nd partition if you have it.
Place the above file to your sd card (NOT IN ANY FOLDER!!!)
Switch off your phone.
Go to Clockwork mode. If you don't know what is CWM, click here. This is important, because CWM is necessary, or you won't be able to boot up with the new Kernel. Use the CWM I have given above, for best results.
Use the volume keys to move up and down.
Wipe data and cache and Dalvik cache.
Now choose: Install zip from sd card.
Choose JELLYBLAST V3.signed.zip
Choose "yes"
It will be Installed. Now reboot your phone. First boot will take time. Be patient.
If you have followed EVERYTHING above carefully, you will soon boot up to your new rom.
Please wait until media scanning is completed.

KERNEL DETAILS:
JBV3 uses KURO KERNEL , known best for its extreme battery saving capabilities and stabilities. However, you might want more speed, and might even want to OVERCLOCK your device upto 1.2 GHz.
For that, you can use MERRUK KERNEL 2.5. It is faster, and has overclock support upto 1.2 GHz. However, please also notice that Merruk kernel is still in PRE-Final stage, and hence, it is for Advanced users.
Follow the steps below to install Merruk kernel.

RULES:
Name of the ROM should be JELLYBLAST.
You should PM me before doing this.
You can port this to ANY other device except GALAXY Y, because I've done it!

Please take care that there should not be two JELLYBLAST roms for the same device. If you think you can improve on someone else's work, kindly talk to him via PM, and make a team.

TIPS:
This ROM is readily compatible ( with a few modifications ) on all SAMSUNG brodcom devices, like Galaxy ACE plus, Galaxy Pop Plus, Galaxy Mini 2, Galaxy Ace 2, Galaxy Y pro and DUOS ( but need lots of smali changes).
The kernel included in this ROM is for Galaxy Y only. So, make sure that you have removed or replaced boot.img and bmlunlock from ROM before porting.
Also, change the updater script, so that it only installs the ROM, not the Kernel.
The FM rado in the ROM only works at 120 resolution. So, replace it with the fm radio apk of your device before setting the correct resolution.
Figure out other changes by yourself!

Version 1.0:
Problem 1:
Some users find that the Swype is force closing, and the absence of gallery and music in App drawer.
If you face this problem, here is what you can do:
1. Using root explorer, delete Swype.apk from System/app (or) uninstall swype using link2sd.
2. Try looking for play music and gallery ics apk in system /app. If present MOVE them to SD card using root explorer. Tap rw at the top to move.
3. Reboot.
4. Install the following attached apk's in the post: SwypeICS.apk, and GalleryICS.apk, Google play music. apk or from the apks which you just moved to your SD card. For better performance of play music, again move the apk to System /app...and set permissions to rwrr. (Tick the first two boxes in the first row and the 1st box in the other two rows) and reboot.
5.Enjoy.
Problem 2:
ICS Gallery is not working on my phone.
Solution:Have you done it properly? Try again. I've fixed the link. Still if it doesn't work, I'm afraid you will have to install the old Gingerbread Gallery. Copy and paste gallery3D.apk from attachments into System/app using root explorer, set permissions to rwrr and reboot.
Problem 3:
Status Bar does not appear.
Solution: Re Install the ROM from beginning. It happened because the flashing was not done properly.
Version 2.0:
Problem 1:
Cannot recieve sms, but can send it.
Solution: Install the mms fix.zip given in the downloads section of 2.0..

HOW TO USE CWM:
Go to stock recovery and flash this : http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?4g96fxq7zclonx8 or this: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/58284539/CWM_bla_bla.zip
Now you are in CWM mode. Now, in this mode, install the zip file you want...
Repeat this process every time you want to flash a file in cwm.
HOW TO GO TO STOCK RECOVERY:
Switch off your phone. Now press Power button + Home button + Volume Up button until you see the Galaxy Y logo.
Next, choose update zip from SD card and choose the CWM zip file you have downloaded above and kept in your SD card ( not in any folder).
Choose the GTS5360-cwm.zip.
Now you are in CWM mode.
NANDROID RECOVERY:
The above two CWM's are reported to have failed while restoring nandroid. You can use CWM by MADTEAM for Nandroid.

Long press home button, go to the third tab, and press clear ram. For freeing up internal memory, go to link2sd, press options, then tap more, then tap clean up the dalvik cache!!!! Unbelievable!! Good luck!!

HOW TO INSTALL:
1.flash ANY stock ROM through odin .
2.Reboot into recovery
3.Turn the phone completely off
4.When the phone is off press and hold VOLUME UP+CENTER KEY+POWERfor 5-10 secs
5.Now go to CWN MODE.
6.do wipe data and cache
7.mount system
8.format system
9.mount system
10.go to"install zip from SD"
11. from there choose zip from SDcard"
12. navigate through the folder where you have saved Remix v1
13. select"yes", wait till it finishes.
14.now enter into advanced
15.select reboot to recovery
16.wipe data and cache
17.NOW REBOOT
NOTE:
IT TAKE SOME TIME AFTER FLASHING ROM. DNT BE PANIC JST W8 IT ITS GET BOOTED SUCESSFULLY.

This ROM is awesome
but i have problem i cant install this rom because i dont know how to flash a stock rom
but the status bar is awesome the one thread called "S3 Status Br Mod System UI" didn't release the v1.5 and v2.0 and i stuck at v1.0
can you create status bar of your rom a flashable zip of it?

1) Where can I find "USB Debugging Mode" option? I don't see "Developers Options"?
Answer: Go into Setting> All Settings> About phone> Version infos> Keep tapping 7 to 9 times on "Build Number". And come back. Now you will see Developers Options in "All Settings" where you can enable open "USB Debugging".

I used the rom ...nice rom with good performace...
now coming to bugs..
1. i cant clear recent apps by long pressing home button, rather it redirects me to google.
2.i am using carvil touch, but after flashing the rom i cant find the permission fix as mentioned by u in the install steps

1. Not a bug. In Lenovo Launcher "Recent App" is linked to leftside "Menu" key and
"Google Search" is linked to middle "Home" key by default.

First of all there s no fix permission in carliv recovery.... N long press the menu button u can clear recent apps....

Please do not send pm. Take full Nandroid Backup from CWM/TWRP and flash this GPS fix. Then connect internet and enable EPO settings to update EPO data as mentioned in this post.

Well took me some time to review this ROM - got a bit busy on some other stuff
But let me tell you - THIS IS a REALLY AMAZING ROM
Highlighting the Pro's and Con's for this ROM
Pro's
> The camera is "THE BEST" I ever saw - Comparing with the Xperia ROM that I was using, there was a lag and Image Resolution and Clarity was a bit compromised in that - but here, its fluid like anything
> Battery Life - this really amazed me with its STAMINA - amazing just goes on and on ... :laugh:
> The UI and usability - its really amazing - so driven I got that I started seeking out for a Lenovo Phone :silly:

This rom is simply awesome
first of all thansk for such an awesome rom sir. Camera was awesome with it's clarity.other things working fine. Battery backup is very good.
but here I find some bugs.
1 Lenovo launcher stops every time when I used to open my mailing and social application. Or open any 2 of them simultaneously.After launcher stop working I have no choice but to restart my phone.First I thought it might be the problem with my phone but after flashing phone for 5-6 time with complete wipe still this issue is there.
2 Volume is low in speakers as well as on earphones.
3 this one is wired. I get very application every time I wipe this phone. Like I get Google+ App when I first flashed it on second flash it was not there till I done 5th flash again Google+ and Facebook is also there. So I was surprise what is the issue here.
I really love this fix this issues we are waiting for new and most stable version of this rom

Inspite this rom is good for daily driver, it needs an update and few more workarounds to make it more perfect. But very soon I might sell my phone so can not say about update at this moment.

1) no such launcher issue as mentioned by you and I am 100% sure coz no developer will release a rom with such major issue. Try reflashing with full wipe and system and data partition format. it will work perfect.
2) this is also not correct. use quality headphones.
3) sorry but this is again not an issue with this rom. Try re-downloading rom, check md5 and flash after full wipe and formatting system and data partition.
Read whole thread from start and you will find, this is not new rom and is used and tested and reviewed by many people since many months. So either your file or flashing is not good or you are simply unlucky.

Installation instructions
Please read the flashing instructions carefully and follow it exactly.
Download the ROM.zip and xposed.zip to your SD Card
Download a 4.2 Kernel of your choice
Reboot to recovery
Make a Nandroid Backup
Wipe Data/Factory reset
Install zip from SD Card -> select the ROM.zip
Install zip from SD Card -> select the Kernel.zip
Reboot
Once the phone boots up, enter your information in the setup wizard.
Turn off phone and enter the Recovery again
Install zip from SD Card -> select the xposed.zip
Go to Advanced -> Fix Permissions
All done, reboot and enjoy.
Kernel is NOT included! Choose any latest 4.2 Kernel
Just one more thing, fixing permission messes up the XUI MOD settings.
So please open XuiMod and select "Scrolling Mod"
Select Scroll Configuration -> Turn it off and on again
go back one page
Select Overscroll effect -> Turn it off and on again
For best smoothness, go to Developer options and set all the 3 Animations scales to 0.5x

1. My screen does not wake up wehn i press the power button, just the navigation lights come on but nothing else.
Ans: The issue is witha conflicting script and will arise if you are from a JB out of the box and using Bindaas bosst kernel.
To fix this you need to delete all the init.d scripts except the SWAP script, using Root explorer or ES file explorer...

Its as fast as SUVI TITAN v15 ( I always had a nandriod of v15 but from now onwards this will be my new nandriod)
Initially i experienced lags
So i was going back to SUVI TITAN v15 but before going back i thought lets experiment, so i flashed stock kernal
after flashing stock kernal i noticed that snappiness was awesome but camera and messaging didnt work.
enjoyed the snappiness for 2 hrs then again was going back to SUVI TITAN v15.....
But before going back to SUVI TITAN v15 i flashed platinum.... and woooaaahhhhh

I wanted a ROM in which whatsapp (10MB), Hike (10MB) and Drony (40MB) (proxy bypass for college Lan) would always work in background
SUVI TITAN v15 gave great performance but available RAM was just 70MB when all the processes were running (With greenify ON),
But this ROM is Beast it gives 160MB free even when above apps are running. Tested the ROM for almost 12hrs now
Games Tested : Virtual tennis pro, FL commando, 24, Real cricket 14........ No lags (no need of gltools)
Only thing missing from SUVI TITAN v15 is the silky smooth sound quality....(No cracking + 3D effect)
Also cant change dpi to 240 bcoz lockscreen ring and dialer gets cropped
But no probs bcoz after experiencing the speed and snappiness this ROM cant ask for more...

1.battery draining very fast am using xtreme rejoice kernel in one hour battery drained (91%-62%)
2.automatically screen wakes ..
3.xwidget s super but eating 40 mb of ram I used grennify for that

gesture is annoying while playing game so i just disabled it.
one annoying thing is after screen goes off i am unable to on it. so i have to remove my battery. plz tell me how can i solve it ?
now i fed up. i have already remove my battery more than 10 times. i am using bindassbost kernel and only pocket detect is on, all other options are off. please help me wt to do.

Thanks for all the review guys... I will try to answer some of your problems.
@pradeepmaddy: Try re-calibrating your batter once, It should not drain so fast. Perhaps the phone is not showing the correct percentage due to which it is showing it like that, try restarting the phone and see the difference in battery level.
@ashish_zarekar: You can configure the gesture navigation app to disable for specific applications specially games. About the wake up problem, I think it might be related to kernel, try some other version and check.
@manjunath1958: To set the lock screen widget, just wake up phone, then without unlocking swipe left to right form left edge. Then you will get an add button there, just add the xwidget from there. And then you can remove the other lock screen by long pressing and deleting it. Tethering and hotspot should work fine, enable it form Settings->More->Tethering & Portable hotspot.
