My S Note is not working anymore after root using the Odin approach. I've got the Android 4.1.2 and didn't install any new rom.
And finally the GT-N8013 version. Appreciate the help in advance!

Apologies for missing that. I'm new to this thing. I used "CF-Auto-Root to root N8013UEUCMA3 firmware" file name: CF-Auto-Root-p4notewifi-p4notewifiue-gtn8013.zip.

So, it might be the root file? Can I overlay my rooted device with another one? And all my configure will remain the same?
Which root file do you have working with the latest N8013 and 4.1.2 stock?

Go sammobile site and download your firmware..Then use ODIN of computer version and installed that firmware..
You may have to use Mobile ODIN to install Kernel, rest all should be install by computer ODIN.

Already use saferoot...but my HP not BOOT. I got 1 file name SUPER SU when i click it show "THere is no su binary installed and SUPER SU cant install. This is a problem. If you just upgrade to Android 4.3. you need to manually re-root. Help me? What should i do??

i could be wrong but dont you have to only download the 4.3 update from sammobile.com (correct phone for your phone/country specifically), get the latest version of odin and flash it from there? you dont need root right? just download mode.

Why is he wrong? Backup EFS -> Get matching 4.3 stock firmware --> flash it via odin.

CF autoroot for DPD4 should work.
Else flash twrp 3.0, available from Original android development section.
Then flash Supersu 2.71 beta zip (not tar) using TWRP.
