Hello im new here and I have a question: is it possible to play infamous on android? I saw on youtube you can play ps3 games on a psp, and that you can play psp games with the ppsspp emulator, so is there a way to play this game? (no root using)

no you cannot play infamous on android.
no you cannot play ps3 games on psp. the one you saw is remote play using a PS Vita not a psp.
but theres a very similar game, it is called Shadow Guardian HD by Gameloft. the game is a total rip off of infamous

From what I read it is specifically for Snapdragon processors, EyeLead worked with Qualcomm to make this game... so yeah I would say SnapDragon exclusive.....
It does show up in the game launcher and has some nice graphics, the menus are a total rip off of the Angry Birds styling.
It's in my plays game launcher but says not available in my countrie UK. Lol.

Its only available in the u.s. for last few months. you can get if you use market enabler and change your network to usa sprint.

Won't play donkey Kong 64. Freezes up, but everything else seems to work fine, Mario, and Zelda specifically. 4.99 price tag too........ Maybe someone has a better solution? But I bought all the emulators while on the market.

This game is now available on Playstation Mobile for 50 cents. Its a short puzzler very much like Pacman but with a twist.
