Using Virtuous Rom on my X920e and HTC Weather does not update when on 2G/Edge (only on Wifi). From what I can tell this is a known problem but some Chinese Roms claim to be able to force weather updates while on Edge. Anyone have any bright ideas as to how to update HTC Weather on 2G (without having to flash a different Rom)? Thanks in advance.
It seems cannot update in 2G/Edge network. Only things you can do is wait for ROM update...

Someone who has one that has already flashed Z710a? Almost everyone has the Z710e and radio versions are not compatible and go if I lose the ability to have active 3G bands. I want the 2.3.4 update, now I have the 2.3.3 Bell Canada operator.
I want to debrand and newer update 2.3.4

Instead of updating radio, firmware, and a custom rom separately ?

I have the Vodafone branded HTC Sensation in Australia. And now with the ICS updates slowly rolling out, Vodafone is still not testing the ICS ROM even though other Australia carriers are. Therefore, it is making me think that updating the Sensation is not their priority at all, maybe they won't even do it.
Hence my question, is there any way to go from the Vodafone ROM to the Stock HTC ROM and get OTA updates directly via HTC?

Hello. I recently installed stock ROM on my HTC Sensation. Now I have Android 4.0.3 and firmware 3.32.401.5.
1) Wifi doesn't connect to wifi n networks.
2) 3G internet works dramatically worse than it was at older firmware.
How to fix?
P. S. Let's discuss all wifi and 3G problems that appeared after 4.0.3

Why not just try a 4.0 rom?

I recently discovered about Orange UK wifi calling.
I really need this in my house as I get no signal but it seems to be missing form my stock rom which I just restored.
Currently I am using CM10 and Ordroid 9.0.
Are either of these compatible with someones's flashable Orange wifi zip or maybe even my stock Backup and if so where is this zip?
Also I saw that DarkForest Sensation XE 6.5.0 has an option of Orange wifi calling. I assume this would work, but would his more recent sense 4 roms work? They say that they support wifi calling but this may be the T-mobile wifi calling, so I'm unsure whether to flash them.
