The dates for the Jelly Bean update was published on the samsung Ukraine website and have since informed us that the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus was going to have its update on the 22nd February 2013. The date has know changed to 22nd March 2013, Samsung has lead us to believe this but know they change to march. I would say for them to release the update strait away for the compensation of the 'mistake' the have made.

I've been searching online for a changelog for the newest update on my Note 10.1. I recieved Jelly Bean before christmas, and now the 4.1.2 update OTA.
Do you know if anyone here keeps a reverse-engineered one, since Samsung don't release theirs?

I wouldn't be suprised if we never got it. Hell, we're still waiting on 4.4.3 for stock ROMs, let alone 5.0.
Galaxy S3 is still being supported (or at least was as of a few months ago). I'd be surprised if Samsung didn't update the S4 to 5.0.

Say Nexus will start getting 5.0 Nov. 3 With AT&T worst one for Updates, be lucky to see it until Next Year. Still waiting on 4.4.4 Update for S4 S5

What’s that you say? Another device getting the Lollipop update? I have a SM-920i and I was wondering if there are any updates about cyanogenmod 14 for this variant of Galaxy S6, made in Brazil.
I look at the cm14 device list everyday, however, I know the Galaxy S6 has never been part of the official list. So if there is a ROM, it should appear here since cyanogen forum for this device is empty.
There are some articles claiming that Samsung is already testing a beta version of the Nougat operating system, and a release is expected by the end of the year. There is a Nougat update to 7.1 estimated to be released for that time as well. This means that the official version of Android Nougat for all the variants of the Galaxy S7 and S6 is coming soon. Some say February 2017.

I have the Samsung galaxy tab 8.9 sch-739 this is the china model and I don't think it was sold anywhere else in the world because I didn't find any mention of this model in xda. this tablet is as good as dead because Samsung didn't update it to android ice cream sandwich. the last available update for this model is android 3.2.
I've tried to revive it by flashing multiples gt-pt7300 custom ROMs such as cm 11 and asop nougat " same tablet but from different region". these ROMs worked perfectly for the china model except for the sound. I can't for the life of me understand why the sound didn't work. I've looked everywhere from xda to Chinese forums and did a ton of research but to no avail.
it would be such a waste to let this tablet die off especially since there's a decent chance that this sound problem can be fixed if someone knowledgeable enough looks into it

Are you sure it's the this specific model " sch-739" ? cause I'm pretty sure it never got the android 4 update. other galaxy tab 8.9 tabs on the hand did get that update

My recommendation: Post Samsung your issue.
