Hey guys,
I was wondering if there is a sound pack sorta thing for whatsapp. Like for images, theres 'memes for whatsapp', 'smileys for chat', etc. Something that has a few well known sounds like Barney Stinson's "its gonna be legendary" and Homer Simpson's "D'oh!". Even Akhmed's "Silence! I KEEL YOU!!"
They make the conversation much interesting. The inbuilt emoticons in whatsapp are a little...how do i say...loud, for real expressions, if you know what i mean.
And if there isn't, do you think any of you devs could make one? (I dont know how to, wouldv'e made one myself otherwise)
Appreciate your help. Thanks!

The App "Instant Buttons" has an share function for hundreds of sounds, so they can be easily played in WhatsApp using the Audio-Function.
Thanks so much man. Thats exactly what i was looking for! Its a little indirect but it'll work.
Best part - it has all the 3 sounds i mentio ed in the post, and more!

Sorry for the double post. I had posted this in the vibrant section by accident. I think it would be best placed here. Anyway. A gtalk widget, One that shows the last 2 or 3 messages and has the ability to answer back. It could look like a twitter widget in all actuality.
Anyone know of one or have the knowledge to make one? I would pay and im sure others would too.

This is a great idea. I know I would use it as I mainly GTalk, not text.
Yeah, I never use texts. All of my contacts and I use gtalk. Is there anyone out there with enough coding knowledge to do it? I'm sure it would be profitable. Gtalk is built into almost every Android device that I've seen and having a widget would be awesome.
Bump!!! I'd love a widget!! I pretty much only use gtalk

There is a demand for it. I'm sure of it. I am not a coder and I wish I was. Argh.
Final bump. I guess this is just not meant to be. Imagine a widget like this with gtalk, aim, facebook, msn, etc. A dev could charge 99 cents and make thousands.
Oh well.
BUMP: Seriously, why isn't there a Gtalk widget of any sort? I primarily only use Gtalk instead of texting and I would love to reply without going into the app.
Money can be made here people! If I was a developer, I would be all over this. We have billions of battery/calendar/clock apps but the one thing that hasn't been touched is something as common as Gtalk. I would definitely pay for something like this.
Also bump. This is a great idea.
bump. a gtalk widget would be great!
Love this idea!

I think without hacking the google talk apk the only way to do this would be to write a independent app with the google talk api.
So you would have to use that app instead of gtalk and maybe not have it integrated into android as well.
Buba BUMP. Please someone create this app, I am really surprised there is nothing out there. Come on Google get your finger out ya @#*
I knew there would be a market for this!
I really wish I knew how to code, this would be the first thing I would make.
Any takers? I don't know how hard it would be to make, but there are people willing to pay.
One last bump for bumps sake.

I am looking for an app that i can use to do vehicle inspections, i am in charge of inspecting all the used cars that my dealer group buys and right now i am just doing it the old fashioned way i would like it to be a full blown software that will allow me to input pictures and then make a final report that i can email to the next person.
i have found a few things but no luck
i like this but the company has yet to get back to me
www.inspect2go.com/inspection/vehicle/
how hard would this be?
can anyone help?
thanks
matt
can anyone help out or direct me in a way?
I don't think you will find such an app in the market at the moment i'd suggest to use oldschool methods but i do know there is a few app to test torque and such

I think this is a great idea more generally. If there's a developer out there I think automotive support apps would be tremendously useful for a lot of people. I would pay for something that let me keep track of what maintenance I need to do and how to do it.
I was considering developing on MiUI styled messaging application for non MiUI roms. But at heart I am a data driven developer. If you want, contact me by inbox and we can see if this is possible and how easy it would be to implement. Obviously the clearer the specs, the easier it is to get started on a project like this
Perhaps something like evernote or extensive notes might work for you.

Looks like a great idea but I gotta say, the semi random bolding of words in the description reminds me of the sketchy grammar in phishing emails.
Haha wow this looks cool, great idea Lets push this to Google and maybe this can be in the next Android OS or maybe someone can make an app for it
These are two apps i made... Do you guys have any suggestions/feedback to how i can improve these apps?

The first is a twitter app i made. It doesnt have a timeline. its basically for rapid tweeting or for people who dont care what others have to tweet and just want to tweet.
The second app is an app that just speaks whatever u type. it is as boring as you are. so if you are a boring person than the app will be boring. it can be very humorous with the right words and phrases.
Apps
Looks promising I'm about to try them.
Thanks

Agreed, can you be more spesific on the app function rom compatibility and change log screen shots etc.
I don't use twitter so the tweeting one is irrelevant for me, but I like the voice one.
Will def use output for musical purposes.
Nice one.
