CM 10.1 ROM Bugs.
1) The status bar is forced on some apps.
2) You cant scroll past the last letter in a website on the browser address bar, it gets stuck before it. Also noticed that it only happens when the address can't fit in the address bar.
3) The gallery video player occasionally stops responding when watching a video from the browser.
4) Graphical glitches when scrolling through text, the app locker, and sometimes in games.
5) Keyboard has lines that show up on the keys.
6) Keyboard is slow to respond.
7) Triple boot, which is only a dual boot if you boot into recovery and pick reboot.(One boot before recovery, and one boot after recovery).
8) Picking reboot from the shutdown menu causes it to get stuck on the Moto boot logo.
9) If battery is at 10% or lower I can't turn on.
I will keep this up to date. If I'm missing one the leave a message.
Please don't post saying that this has already been said in other posts, I'm trying to make a full list that can be found in one place.

So I updated a few apps (colorize widget, Go Launcher, and a news app) shortly after, I start having crashing issues. when the lock screen comes up, it gives me the message to swipe one direction to start using the phones, or swipe down to adjust settings, as if it was the first time I turned on my phone after buying. problem is, after I swipe either way, it freezes halfway through the opening animation, then the screen goes black for several seconds, then I see my home launcher restarting, reloading widgets and all. shortly after that, I re-receive the most recent text message i'd gotten. this repeats and repeats, I've tried a few times now.
I thought the Go Launcher update was the problem, but it happened after switching to Launcher Pro as well. any ideas what's causing?

Having different launchers and a lot of widgets can bog down your system, especially GO launcher. I would suggest heading over to the development section and rooting + custom rom. You can check fawkreview's bible thread for eveything you need to do, it will make your phone twice as fast and you shouldn't have issues like that anymore.
So I got the T-mobile US One S yesterday, and I noticed that every now and then, I get weird graphical glitches, be it on home screen or in the app drawer. Anyone else has this problem?
I attached one of the app drawer, the bar under the status bar is glitched.
First reboot if you haven't done it yet. If that doesn't work try factory reset. A quick reboot solves most weird problems

I tried rebooting and factory reset. The problems still pop up for some reason. There are also times when I hit the "Home" button, where the phone begins to spazz, gets a glitchy screen, only a restart fixes that one
Well, you can probably declair it dead on arrival and get a new phone. Go to the store and show them. Unlucky :/
I had the same issue with the t-mobile stock ROM. When I would close the app drawer, there would still be an outline of the drawer shown. If I switched between homescreens, it would go away. I haven't had this problem since using other ROMs. So it might not be the phone itself.
Even if flashing a different ROM would fix it, I would expect the stock device to work since I haven't done any rooting/modding on it at all.
Moved To Q&A
Please post questions in the Q&A section
Hi all,
First off, I tried posting this in the Q&A section but it said I did not have permission to do so (even though the rules prohibit you from posting in the developer threads and direct you to the Q&A forum )
I just upgraded my Samsung Infuse to the latest Jelly Bean 4.2 CyanogenMod10 ROM. Everything went smoothly, however, I am noticing a few issues, some of which are quite important:
1- The time is 5 hours ahead. I used network-provided time and the minute is correct, but it is +5 hours. So instead of 2:19PM right now, it's 7:19. If I set it to manual time, it seems to stay correct, but I would prefer to let the network handle it, and as soon as I turn it back on, it changes immediately. So...is it thinking my time zone is incorrect or something?
2- My device isn't syncing with the Google Play website. I access the app on my phone and even started downloading some apps, but when I go to the Play website it says I haven't accessed it from my device yet, and it also says "you have no devices".
3- I swear I am not going crazy, but the first time after upgrading I pulled down the status bar from the top and in the right hand corner there was a button which opened a screen full of widgets to toggle such as bluetooth, sleep, etc, yet now when I do that all I see is the date in the top left corner... where did that other button go?
4- Also not going crazy, but when I upgraded and saw the home screen, all I had was a screen for icons which is great. However, after a few minutes, a bar at the top appeared for Google search/voice. It appears on all of my home screens now, and it appears fixed. I cannot seem to remove it or adjust it at all. Where did this come from and can I remove it? I definitely do not want it there.
So far I am liking this modded ROM of JellyBean and I think everyone who helped make it possible, but if some of these things are in fact glitches, I may have to revert back to ICS (only upgraded to fix the Bluetooth anyway).
I am not sure if any of all of these issues are already known or not, but just looking for some general help.
Many thanks to anyone who can help!
Argh, the frustration settles in ever so slightly with an inability to perform various tasks. I had wanted to post this in the developers thread for the Custom Rom I'm using, though I require ten posts apparently, aha. Apologies if this isn't in a correct section, though I'm fairy new here.
Tbh I've got no idea if anything will/can get answered due to not being in the thread for the Custom Rom but yeah, here goes.
Phone: Nexus 5 32GB Black.
ROM: Dirty Unicorns 4.4.2
1.) In the Notification Drawer, when I swipe it down for the quick settings, I have it so Wifi/Data/Location is on, and Bluetooth is off. Though when I actually open the settings menu: Wifi/Data/Location and Bluetooth is on and when I turn Bluetooth off from the settings, Location gets turned off in the quick settings drawer. This only happens on occasion, I'm thinking it's more of a glitch/bugged issue.
2.) There's no HDR in the Google Camera/seems to obtain focus slower?
3.) With expanded mode enabled, it often comes up with the tutorials telling me that I can swipe down from the top.
4.) A few games like Candy Crush no longer work/installs; saying that my device is incompatible (before DU it was working no dramas.)
5.) Adobe Flash doesn't work (can't stream from 'project-free-tv') apparently it's no longer supported on Android 4.4.2? By using ( cultofandroid.com /49840 ) it works though. Idealistically I'd rather have the one browser (Chrome) installed if possible.
6.) The app "DSP Manager" that comes with DU seems to make no difference/effect regardless of settings used.
7.) When having the time displayed in the status bar, it often overlaps other notifications/icons. Would be nice if we could set it to the left instead of just centered/right alignment.
i can help you with a few of ur questions but im not dirtyunicorns so i cant help with others any way
2.)it sounds like you flashed a normal gapps the stock package is the the one with hdr+ or you can flash the p.a. add on its in the 0day gapps thread
3.) thats a little bug ive experienced with most roms(even stock)
5.) use dolphin browser also search for how to use flash on kitkat.
7.)thats why you dont get center clock on stock its one of the issues with center clock there may be an xposed module to switch it to the left side i'm not sure
Hey, Im new so it might be a basic question but, im having issues with my HTC 1 mini 2, its a recurrent issue that I have had with my previous HTC 1M2. it ran out of battery and wont go past the HTC one screen on start up. Though on occasion it does but all that happens is my Wallpaper with, the notification bar with the time and my network status pops up with the home button and sometimes the slide up screen. This appears for about a second and then the screen goes black yet still lit up, this continues until the phone eventually runs out of battery.
On top of this, my holiday photos are on there and although i set my phone to save everything to the SD card half way through my holiday it decided to start saving things to my mobile.
I need to get those photos, someone help me.
