HELP!!!!
i jst unlocked my bootloader on htc sensation xe and was planning to install cm10.1
this was my first attempt and i have failed doin so and ended up with a problem...i kept my phone on fastboot usb mode and after unlocking i gave a command on cmd "fastboot flash boot boot.img"...
the phone isnt booting up..
CAN ANYONE HELP ME UNDO OF CORRECT THIS STEP????:crying:

I assume you are s-on
Did you install 4EXT recovery prior to this and can you still boot to recovery?
Is so just enable smart flash and dont' worry about fastboot to get the boot.img installed.
msm7625asku3 is my fastboot device.
any idea how to unlock this?

I have seemed to brick the htc one S when flashing CM12 from CM11 , there is no OS and when I try to go into bootloader it just reboots and sticks on the HTC boot screen, please help me im at my wits end on how to fix this problem...
S-ON or S-OFF?
I guess S-ON and didn't read the doc: flash the boot.img with fastboot
I have bricked chm-u01, now it has no access to recovery or bootloader.
only the access is a chines driver when I connect it to PC that when I searched to identify the driver I found driver English name "HUAWEI USB COM 1.0 (COM4)"
anyone have experience in fixing that, please?

do you have your boot-loader unlocked?
did you try fastboot?
and when did this happen?
i am also suffering a problem on bootloop.

Yes I have it unlocked
unfortunately, I have no access to fastboot or bootloader just a black screen
it happened when the phone failed too many times in the updating step while the bootloader is unlocked
I think you are on just a soft brick you can easily fix that with going to fastboot and flashing the IMGs of our rom

Connect your phone to PC and Try Pressing Vol - and Power See if you can boot into fastboot mode.
My Honor 4C is hard bricked

My Honor 4C is hard bricked i guess pls help me,
my phone doesn't turn on and doesn't show in device manager too in pc it's completely off ,
and it's bootloader is not unlocked i guess

i bought a HTC u11 with leeDroid 8.0 installed, CID HTCCN701, MID 2PZC40000.
then i followed this guide to change CID https://forum.xda-developers.com/u11/how-to/how-to-change-cid-s-sunshine-t3888170
after that it completly dead. It shows fastboot on my PC but i cannot flash anything except hosd_signed.img
No Download mode, no recovery.
fastboot flash show
Not allowed on PRODUCTION device
Tried RUU.exe but it no recognized my phone.
