It'll be nice theme
Sent From my RETARD phone.

Gonna try it.
Edit: It's nice. It's like JB but in GB D I like it!!

Re: [BETA][WIP][THEME][GB] Twilly Bean Theme for Galaxy Ace II
Sorry for the screens. I will add them to the OP later. I on my phone so...
Also the new version, will be uploaded later
Changelog:
v1 RELEASE VERSION
- Settings button now stays on the right (like JB)
- Themed Task Manager to look like JB Task Manager
Bugs found:
- Cannot go into settings > date and time
- Text Colors on WiFi Popup (the one where you enter password)
New Screens:

You set the file in mediafire to private, so the only one who can download it is you. idk if it was intended.
Ok no problem.
Im going to report some things i think are bugs:
-The wifi icon in the status bar stays static. I mean, in jelly bean, its dynamic. The arrows turn on and off when you are receiving/sending data. What i thought is that you can't make it dynamic because in GB it's static, the only thing that changes is the intensity of the signal (this keeps changing).
-In settings, there are 2 menus that go to the same options: "Location and security" and "Security".
I think these are the only bugs i've found, apart from the date and time bug.

As for WiFi, the up and down arrows turn orange and green when connected but idk why it does not work sometimes, sometimes its stuck with the off arrows, but sometimes it glows.
As for Location and security, I just added it for fun. It looked like JB for me. If you don't like it I will remove it.

Yeah, what happens with the wifi is exactly what u described.
For the location and security, i don't mind, if you like it, just leave it.
Must the update 2 be installed over the alpha1?

I think the main bugs are in the colour of some text. Sometimes you enter the options menu of an app, the background is white, and the text is white, so you cannot see the text. For example, this happens with ADW Launcher.

One oher problem;
In the Market, under 'My Apps'
The app title is black, but the App creator is a paler colour, almost grey. A bit tricky to read on the white background,
Is this changable?

which thing do you default to for the square button -adw or launcherpro?
any other home page customizations you could just whip up for the uneducated to start from?
Perhaps I am lazy from my energyROM, but I just like someone to just go ahead and customize all the home screens for me.

Nice! I wanted this theme for Wolfbreak's ROM. Thanks!
One super important question though... do we lose hw lights after installing this theme ?
No why have you? Only image mods and couple XML doesnt affect that at all
Very nice theme, only after installing i lost gmail & google maps. Had to reinstall them. And the HW leds stopped working
Not understanding why these would stop working. framework and the listed apps are all thats touched and included in the zip
Think i found the problem-re uploading
How do i access the custom dockbar gallery?
Just put the images you want onto your SD and use backgrounds etc, for icons if you are using ADW or Launcher Pro you can long press your homescreen shortcuts and select icons form gallery. ADW and LauncherPro also allow you to select a custom dockbar background form gallery
Thank you =) great work by the way
I've been using your perfect 2.1 ROM and installed this after i had wolfs 6.1.3 with v53 running perfectly on my phone. Never had an issue with any of your themes or ROMs but have tried 3x even reinstalling all the way from 2.1....
Main problem is that ARC launcher keeps crashing whenever i try to add any shortcuts...etc
Also no way to access Settings?
It seems as the icon has disappeared and when i try to get to settings from home screen when i click on it nothing happens... It's like it's been deleted. It gives me no error just won't let me get into settings.
The only change i would like to see and none of the themes and ROMS have it passed 2.2 is deletion of the hold button on the caller screen. I may have to switch back to your old 2.1 ROM since i didn't have the problem of accidentally hitting the hold button while in a call. This happens EVERY time I'm on a call and my face pushes the hold button. I have no idea why they would put it up there in the first place nothing wrong when it was on the bottom in 2.1.
Otherwise....AWESOME can't wait for the fixes for this theme and waiting for you work on 2.2 and beyond since your ROMS are always A+
update: most everything working fine after 1.1 update...though after reboot nexus live wallpaper theme wasn't running so i thought the theme didn't take.
Only beef is I really don't like the battery and wifi bars looking so similar. I wish there was another way of doing that so it wasn't so obtrusive. Maybe just color dots. RED means no cell signal Yellow means 1-2 bars Green means 3-5 bars
besides the HOLD button on the call screen this is the best theme out there.
THANKS!!
sweet will keep track of this thread good lad

i've tried the newer version but HW leds are still not working and now i'm getting a lot of crashes of android.process.acore
HW Led is framework-res.apk related so i think easiest way is to import your Stuff into my framework from v05
yeah il need to change framework - update shortly
Updated with fixes, shouldnt be any issues with HW lights etc
I get FC permanentely... android.process.acore and com.google.process.gapps.. cant use phonebook or sms app this way... maybe thats why battery percentage doesn't work proberly either.. always shows different values than battery has +-10%
I'm on CM 6.1.3 V053 with all current hotfixes...
Nevertheless: looks good
Not sure on the fc but the battery is my bad forgot to keep the relevant files when changing framework-res nevet even noticed
Sent from my X10i using XDA App
Hw lights fixed... yes!
Downloading this theme I've always wanted now.
percent battery wont work right il need to get a fix up soon for that

Customization/Settings Info
There's many available settings to customize this rom.
Under "common" settings, make sure to go under "keyevent settings" > "End button behavior" and select "Go to sleep." These settings are what you would normally find in Spare Parts.
Status Bar:
Click the clock to bring up the "notification power widgets." These can be changed just like CM in "CM Settings" > "Notification Power Widget" > "Widget Buttons."
Pull down on the left side of the status bar for notifications!
Under "personal" > "system ui" you can enable weather on the lockscreen. This works! If the weather doesn't show, go into the "News and Weather App" and make sure it has your location and the current weather shown.
You can also center the clock under the "statusbar ui" settings
Status Bar Transparency:
Under the "personal" tab on settings, you can enable transparency in the statusbar. Under "statusbar ui," click "statusbar background" > "color fill" and slide alpha all the way down.
App Transparency:
Under the "personal" tab on settings, you can enable transparency in app windows. Under "system ui," click "set window background" > "color fill" and slide alpha down. I recommend not sliding it all the way down so your apps at least have a dimmed background.
Here's a screenshot with some extreme settings:
There's many other settings to play with!

ICS too unstable atm for me. hope we can progress on this project. I love the power widget thing. if I can get it on CIUI's systemui/framewok res that should be a good start for other fix's it's easier to port over a feature to a stable build vs trying to stabilize something.

Good Point. This is pretty damn stable, but the the phone process is the only major "bug". Better feature translations are easy, and then cleaning up (removing unnecesary APKs), and getting better icons (honeycomb icons look bleh on GB) shouldn't be too hard.

I'm thinking it's APK dependent. I'm deodexing the ROM first and replacing Phone.apk and TelephonyProvider.apk with the one from CM. Oh, and let's go PM. Don't want to clutter this thread.
Very interesting ROM. I like the design and some of the features, including that cool toggle menu. I'll keep a look out in here.
This looks pretty amazing will wait patiently on the side lines till I think its stable enough for me to run I bet pretty soon

[APP][CM10/CM10.1] Messaging with new quick action and Privacy mode v4.0 21.02.13

Hello,
I bring to you today the Messaging application ported from an official build Cyanogenmod 10.1.
The big news is the new quick action "Read", that clicking on it, the message leaves the notification bar. Sounds simple, but for many this novelty will help a lot.
To install it just put Mms.apk in system/app with a root explorer and give the permissions rw-r--r-- OR flash the zip via cwm.
UPDATE v2 14/12/12: - added fix for Dark Theme. (Select in Theme Chooser)
- New Mms.apk, little bugs fixed.
v3 20/12/12: - Fixed resolution to devices with smaller screen. (thanks adulfo)
- Most translated. (PT-BR and others)
- Mms with less trouble sending.
v4.0 21/02/13: - Ported from Android 4.2.2!
- New cm function (Privacy mode)
- New icon "Read"
- Small size reduction
- New design in conversation
- Fix mms problem*
- Flashable zip added
*Tested in Motorola Defy+, Samsung Galaxy Fit and Xperia Neo, but depending on the device may not work. Just trying...
Enjoy!!!

That is due to it looking for libs and drivers that it won't find due to it not being an AOSP based ROM.
Batcom2
Its work only CM10.x, all working
UPDATE: FIX DARK THEME
Tested this on an AOSP 4.2.1 ROM on my Nexus S 4G. Mostly works. But due to the relatively small screen it really pushes the limit on on screen readability. All you can see of "Reply" is "Re" "Read" and "Call" are both fully visible.
Also, when you hit "Reply" the Quick Reply box is literally from one edge of the screen to the other. Almost doesn't fit.
MMS force closes the app though. : \
EDIT: Tested in CM10 and everything worked (albeit MMS takes awhile to send, as well as receive sometimes, not sure if that's just me and my phone or what).

Should this have the message pop up window? I installed it and when I get a message it doesn't pop up in a new window for a quick reply. Am I doing something wrong or is this feature just not available yet for JB? Thanks

Has yes, just like auto, enable the settings, if not, press "Replay"
Great job on the app. Anyway to have the group mms option for CM 10.1? I noticed it was gone when I added the mms.apk to system.

OK, maybe I am missing it. So I installed the app in the system/app folder with the rw-r-r- permissions. I am getting messages and the notifications box is checked. Also, they do shoe up in the notification pane with "read". Its just it does not pop up as a separate window to quick reply and I don't see where that sheeting is, if it exists.
I edited the apk to suite it to SMALLER RESOLUTION DEVICES like mine following our modulators advise..
@OP or someone.
Can you tell me what file to edit inorder to have the third option on expanded notifications which is the "Reply". Thanks..
Big update available!

There still might be a few bugs, and the Light mods might still not be 100%. The main thing is it seems to work without any dramas.
Can't wait to add the transparency element to it, it should looks heaps cool.

I'll get it next time, I was having some trouble with the SystemUI file originally so I'm happy to get done what I have for now.
That should be easily fixed and I can do it for the next version.

Might be the actual graphics as I haven't touched anything to do with that (I don't think).
Thanks for giving this a good test drive for me and finding some things that need attention

Thanks to you for porting this !
Will report later after more usage if i noticed other things
Great Job!
Other few things :
I can't set a picture to myself : original gallery shows up , i select a picture and resize it but resizing failed, don't know why
Data in/out arrows are well visible when statusbar is transparent (ie when screen is on home page) but when you open settings or apps, statusbar becomes black and then arrows are not visible anymore
Otherwise great job !

It should, however I don't know if this theme will disable anything from that ROM or not. I suggest to use TGP as that is the ROM I built the theme on.
Looks good. Thanks for doing amazing work in i9305

Hi.
Noticed another little bug.
When in lockscreen, i try to unlock with camera icon shortcut, phone freeze and then lost network for approximatively 10 seconds like phone does hot reboot.
Don't know if it's rom or theme related.
Edit : the same thing happens when turning in landscape mode in some apps (camera, tapatalk, sms etc)

Might be possibly ROM related, I have to take a good look at TGP v15 again. I did notice that NB1 is starting to make its way out, just have to wait for a XXUENB1 version now as NA2 seems to be trouble lol.
Theme doesn't flash at all with TWRP 2.6.3. It flashes the AOSP apps but not the theme itself. Using latest TGP, clean flash.
Edit:
Lol didn't read the first post properly. Nevermind, my bad!
The theme is awesome. I noticed a few things that really annoyed me though.
- The "4G" indicator is way out of place. There's a big gap between it and the signal bars.
- When playing around with the wifi and network bar settings on Wanam Xposed, the wifi-icon gets messed up and larger (taller) then the original.
- Nexus boot animation doesn't remove the boot sound. Trying to turn it off with Wanam doesn't work.
- White theme doesn't work perfectly, as stated in the first thread.
- TWRP is not compatible with the theme.
Also, could you please explain what "TGP branding" means?
Cheers!
