[Q] How do i overclock Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (wifi) on stock ROM? - Galaxy Tab 2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I used to have CM10.1 but i didnt like it a lot. Now, i am using stock rom. I want to overclock my tablet but i only find forums on how to overclock the Tab when using CM10.1. Is there any way to do it on stock ROM?
All the Kernels i see are for CM10.1

I would not push it higher than 1.2GHz long term.

Stable Rom & kernel?

Hi guys I'm just wondering what rom and kernal you are using right now that's smooth and doesn't freeze as often. Right now I'm currently on stock and I still have hope in a fully working jellybean

I vote CM7 or PA CM10 Build 9. Each with Mazouts kernel.
After 1 year of use I found this perfect setup: Official Cm 7.2 + trinity kernel (the only one with no BSOD) + wolfscript (help for battery life and fluidity).

Gnote 10.1 Overclock

I have a Gnote 10.0 running Tundra Rom and want to try Overclocking. Using Tegrak will work on my device, but I was wondering if there are any "warning signs" that I might need to look out for so I don't damage a good running machine.

If it starts to burn a hole in your pocket, then you device will be damaged
Just monitor the temperature of you note and make sure it doesn't get too high

Hi!
I've just tried the new camera app, with cm10.1 and it work pretty good.
The best thing is, it has working photosphere function. Unfortunately the preview is green and fuzzy, but the upshot is good.

Have you tried triangle away to use allshare? I was able to use allashare dongle when rooted after that...but didn't keep the dongle since has to be directly connected to tv, through av receiver doesn't work.

Triangle away may not work with custom recovery or custom kernel. I have heard mixed results with custom kernels and recoveries, I am running stock with root injected by mobile odin pro.

got the links for stock recovery and kernel?
Sent from my SGH-T889 using xda app-developers app
I don't. I used latest stock rom from sammobile.com and injected root during flash with mobile odin pro.

It depends. Having CM JB 4.2 doesn't automatically means mirroring is available. I don't have CM on my note n8010 because I need S-pen support, but I have it on my Razr which is 4.3. No wireless display there.
