I recently bought an HTC One X AT&T with the same problem:
The seller told me, that he wanted to remove the at&t programs from the phone so he installed a software that isn't for at&t and the phone gone off and he couldnt turn it on and when he connects the phone to the pc it shows QHSUSB_DLOAD. Please help me! Can i fix that with Unlimited.IO???
There is a thread in general for unbricking evita. If it doesn't work you will have to pay someone with a jtag to fix it. Google mobiletechvideos

Jtags are used for unbricking seriously broken phones right? Never heard of one being used or for that matter being sought after on the One S forums until now.

I've got a potential fix for bricked Galaxy Note 2's. It involves porting the GS3 recovery from SD to the GN2. This is not a full repair, only a fix to get the GN2 in operations. I'd like to work with someone who has the ability to open their Galaxy Note, take some pictures, hook up wires, and do some hardware hacking with me.
This method of recovering GN2's will be the standard for recovering from bad bootloaders once we're done.

I tried for prob 2 days with my developer to fix my phone to no avail, before sending it away through my phone provider, 2 weeks went by and they called telling me its going to cost 350 $ to fix it.. to which I replied no thank you and I am now waiting for my phone to return... any help you could provide would be so greatly appreciated man..!!!!

What happened to ur phonw.how does it bricked?
As a side note, didn't know where else to post...
Would anyone be willing to look at my Huawei mercury... basically, cricket OTA'd a brick update and I can't get the device to do anything. Can't flash any rom or recovery/save anything to the phone/adjust any settings/etc. Basically the phone is unwriteable... ultimately i would like to get it up again so I can use it as a remote storage and appletv/xbmc remote (if nothing else) but can't get it to do anything... I'll send you whatever you need to try and create a solution for me with a fair donation... As I even have friends I could sell this too for a few bucks lol

now am help less !!!!!

Recently I have bought HTC U12 Plus but unfortunately I have bought a carrier locked phone I didn't realized it while purchasing but I'm really annoyed right now I can't run any other network in this phone I have bought contract phone and some one told me that I can't unlock my contract phone by visiting service center and by doing research I saw there are lots of unlocking service provider I have contacted with one unlocking service provider and they told me they will help me in unlocking my phone so should I trust them...
I'm really confused I'm not sure what to do now should I buy unlocking service or not? Is there any else method Like installing custom rom etc to get my phone unlocked? if yes then please let me I don't want to waste my money. I talked with safeunlockcode.com unlocking service provider but not sure if they are going to help me with it or not.
Is there any one who is experienced in this field or got his phone unlocked then please help me out.

Have you passed your 15 days or 30 days return? You can't flash custom rom to unlocked the phone. Have chat with customer support?

There is a temporary S-Off solution I think. You could make changes and use a RUU. Not sure if a RUU exists yet.
