After switching from blackbean to cm10, I noticed that cm10 didn't have a center statusbar clock mod like the last rom. Is there anyway to set this manually? Or if I could be just blind and missed it

Not yet, but would be a nice addition. Maybe PM the black bean dev about trying to push it to the CM repo?

- scrolling wallpaper
- more spaces between icons on dock
