I recently rooted my note using "method 2". However when I flashed a jellybean Rom, I lost s pen functionality. So after flashing firmware after firmware last night, I got it back to ics (however, snote kept crashing upon boot, so I had to disable it). The spen is working and all.
So, from here, how do I go about getting jellybean with working s pen from here?

I made a mistake..................:crying:
I let one of my tablets (Galaxy Tab2 7.0 P3113) Wi-Fi only do a upgrade to JB from ICS.
Well...............I HATE JB ok, it's way too funky and does not seem to work right (Swype 1.4 keeps popping up saying Not working or something BUT it still works).
Google search for me (IMHO) sucks on JB (with the Samsung UI overlay of course).
So I have been looking, I called Samsung, they said they would re-do my tablet with a 7-10 day turn around to downgrade it (free I guess) if I ship my tablet to them.
OK BUT I would like to see if there is a STOCK Samsung image of ICS rom from the GT P3113 Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 out there that I could get.
I hope I am getting the correct one now but not sure.
Is there a way to just flash the firmware rom from a sd card? The tablet is NOT rooted.
If anyone can help me I app it.

You should be able to flash these with odin.
Edit: but be sure to backup your stuff first as this will factory wipe your tab.

You can flash the firmware yourself using Odin, but this will void your warranty.
Unless if you give it to samsung.
Background: My GS3 was rooted and running ICS 4.0.1 and TWRP recovery nearly since the day I got it--stock Tochwiz ROM for the main reason of being able to tether and run Google Wallet. Everything was working great, but I completely restored the phone to stock (no root, stock recovery, phone wiped) with the intention of installing the latest OTA, Jelly Bean 4.1.1 (and then subsequent 4.1.2 which was pushed down a few days ago) and then re rooting and re installing TWRP recovery.
Issue: After closely following the steps outlined here to root my GS3, unlock bootloader and install TWRP, everything seemed to work fine, until Google Wallet installation gave me an error that NFC was disabled. When going to my settings to correct this (Settings>Wireless and network>More settings) I noticed I had absolutely NO NFC SETTINGS. I already tried re-flashing a fresh download, searching XDA and Google, with no luck. Any suggestions? I really miss NFC already.
So I made a foolish mistake, tried to install the GS4 keyboard on my i535 while it was running 4.1.2 and I didn't backup anything before hand
Currently rooted and unlocked boot loader
Running JZO54K.I535VRBMB1
4.1.2
I tried to install the tested note 2 Keyboard (tried both), but still just get a stopped working message when I enable the Samsung Keyboard, I can use Swype with no problem. Is there anything I can do to fix the issue without clearing everything and starting over?
Thanks in advance

Hey all, we can remove this thread. I just re-flashed the system. Now I know, make sure you always backup your phone before you mess around with it.
Hello! I am fairly new to the android scene, and I have a question regarding my newly rooted Verizon Galaxy S3. I rooted, unlocked, and flashed CM 10.1 RC5 using TWRP and ODIN. Everything worked perfectly; however, I have noticed the device randomally reboots itself. So far, it's only happened while the phone is asleep, but I'd like to get the issue fixed. One thing I noticed, after following a video guide to complete these tasks, I realized that during the final step of the root/unlock, "Restoring the Jelly Bean Bootchain," they had me flash VRBLK3; however, I was running the VRBMD3 bootchain. Will this cause the issue? How can I fix this? Completely redo the whole process, or just the final step?
Thanks for the help!
Hi Guys,
Hopefully this is in the right section
I have a Note 4 SM-N910G and its just turned absolutely useless since I factory flashed it. I have rooted it before and bricked it and un bricked it before so have some experience with it. I recently wiped my phone and did a firmware restore using Samsung Kies and since I did the phone is absolutely useless. It started out fine for an hour or two and now it lags by like a minute with any action, even trying to bring up the keyboard when typing. It will reset itself, lock itself, crash, just un useable. I've tried reflashing it again stock a couple times and still the same everytime. It went from perfectly fine to dreadful with the original mentioned restore. I did just recently get an error code of "sbl1 partition doesn't exist" in Boot recovery mode.
Does anyone know if this is fixable and not a hardware issue?
Should I try and just root it again and flash a non-oem rom? (I havent had the time to do it recently)
many thanks,
Tekkado
Hi Guys,
Also I should add that when I was rooted the phone was fine but when i went to unroot through super user the phone was still functioning as though rooted and I couldnt download software updates because my device was "modified".
So thats when i just flashed stock firmware and again now flashing through odin aswell it proceeds fine then the device will say installing updates and then give a no command error or seandroid not enforced. Everytime is basically a different message.
How can I just wipe everything and get back to stock?
Thanks
So to add to this is there any relationship between the firmware running and the bootloader? I just realised that before i tried to flash stock firmware i was rooted and didnt un root via superuser because in the past that did jack all.
I flashed dr. ketan rom this morning and the phone was operating as normal very snappy but as soon as i downloaded a new app from the play store (reddit and chrome) again it turned to absolute crap.
Is there a disconnect here that i missing that can be fixed?
Thanks
