Yes but dont be so morbid (Joke)! the source code for Jelly Bean hasnt been dropped yet so they cant start work on it yet but they probably will once the code is out there

Have you tried to remove Bruce's MMS and then push aokp MMS to system app?

There are no jelly bean RUUs at the moment but there are more than plenty of roms to check out
